Both my husband and I were contacted by this # one our cell phones and the guy with this # told us both to "shut our traps and listen" I hung up after he said this but my husband he continued to ask if my husband was the one who hit his car.

I just received a call asking about possible fraudulent charges on my credit card. They didn't identify themselves or the credit card. I immediately checked all of my credit and bank cards and there were no such charges on any of them. Be careful!

It is called prankdial.com.  It is a prank website.  Usually it's someone you know that is playing the prank on you, however, they can make your caller id read any number they choose to, which I consider not to be a good thing. It should not have that feature offered on that website.  Anyway, relax. My cousin used it to prank me and got me really good and then I use to use that website to prank my friends and even my poor mom, lol.  I Just go to the website and see the site for yourself. It's just people playing pranks on you. That's why it announces that it's from prank dial. com at the end of the phone call, sometimes, people don't here that though. They have many different types of phone call pranks you can choose from. The one that says you hit their car is one of the most popular ones.  By the way, when you are being pranked, you are being recorded than your recording is put on their website so others can laugh at you, lol.  However, the person pranking you is suppose to call you right away and let you know it was them and that it was just a joke unless it's some stupid kids just dialing random numbers.  Anyway, I hope I put some of your fears to rest.

Lady sound so fake! Saying she saw my number on her man phone. I could of tell it was fake.

I too had a call from this number!!They said I hit their car. I was like sir I have no idea what you are talking about. He said stop yapping and start listening.I hung up.

I call a call on my land line a few days ago and they said I had hit there car and left a note. Nothing like that ever happened then the caller said after repeatedly accusing me of hitting there car said you been officially pranked by prank.com.
Then today I got another call on my cell phone from the same number today. I have registered both my numbers with a no call list and my land line number is unlisted.
I would like it to stop.

This number is associated with a scam sating you owe money for a product you never heard of.
