Keeps on calling in disguise! Twice in two days!

this number belongs to a psych that calls non stop and the resorts to blocking his number and then spoofs the caller id, i am no idiot. also sends spoofed text messages

sends anonymous texts messages about me to other people

I got a call from this number the other night and all they did was breath really heavily and hang up.   I'm getting really sick of this

This number continuously calls me blocked. Don't know who it is and it was discovered that they have been calling using spoofed numbers. I find it highly offensive and the owner of this phone has a problem.
