I have been receiving harrassing phone calls from this number. I believe it may be a current employ of the naval hospital and unfortunately a realitive. I have recently blocked my number from a female that happens to work there and alerted my telephone carrier and cell phone carrier of these harrassing calls, hopefully this will resolve the issue.

Its the number that the Naval Hospital assigns for outgoing calls from certain offices, namely the Psychiatric Department. Most likely a call for an appointment. The number cannot be called back as it is used only for outgoing calls
