I get a call from this number twice per week, at least for the past month. I just do not answer phone.

I just got a call from this number. They asked for my mom, when I told him that she was not available and would he like to leave a message he says "Nope." very rudely and then hung up on me before I had time to say anything else to him. Showed up as a Myrtle Beach number.

843-808-1716 shows Myrtle Beach, SC on CallerID. I answered and they said "Mr . Brinson?" So, I said "Who is calling?" The jackleg immediately hung up. A legitimate entity would not do that. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCUMBAGS ANYTHING. They are FRAUDULENT. You might as well open the front door, go to the curb and empty your wallet into the street or give your money to the first person that happens by.

Received a call from this number today.Didn't answer it but called the number back awhile later and got a recording that this number is not in service.Strange.

Nuisance call - don't know where they got our name/number, since it is unpublished. May be a listed as a non-profit, but often police and fire organizations hire for profit calling "boiler rooms" to do this kind of "fundraising". Sometimes they try to strongarm you, such as the state troopers when they tried to make us feel guilty for not donating for dead state trooper families.
