Hey Michael, heard you forgot to hide your number for your copier scam!
Elspeth 2014-04-01 22:16:57 Unknown
You mean they helped themselves to your money - even though you did not receive proof of debt/proof your caller has the legal right to collect via mail, as per the FDCPA?
Elspeth 2014-04-01 22:15:29 Unknown
You "got all doc while still on the phone"? You're not making any sense. Fax or email is not a legal way to send proof of debt/proof your callers have the legal right to collect.

Hey Doc we need a shillectomy, STAT!
MidNYteStorm 2014-04-01 21:01:07 Unknown
All doc??? Are you telling us you spoke to a doctor?
araT 2014-04-01 20:59:31 Unknown
Cap lock stuck, shill??? Come up with a better story.
Tamianth 2014-04-01 20:59:03 Unknown
How about posting up their info here? Name, address, website etc since you seem to have it!
MidNYteStorm 2014-04-01 20:59:01 Unknown
If they called me, I would not waste my time calling them back.
ShillKill 2014-04-01 20:58:30 Unknown
Your post is a bit vague. It would be more helpful if you could identify the name of the company that called you and give some more information on the debt you "rightfully owed" (e.g. who was the original creditor and/or what was the original debt for)
ShillKill 2014-04-01 20:57:17 Unknown
Your response would be far more helpful if you could be more specific regarding who "they" are, meaning what is the name of the company? Consumers can't be too careful nowadays

I ASKED FOR SAME THING AND GOT ALL DOC WHILE STILL ON THE PHONE PAID WHAT I RIGHTFULLY OWED AND GOT PAID IN FULL LETTER.

These people just called my phone asking for my sister-- I took a message. The guy said he was calling from the County where my sister resides. He said he needed to confirm that she was going to be available to pick up some legal documentation. When I called her a few minutes later to ask her about it, she said that he left a message saying he was going to drop the paperwork off at her house tomorrow afternoon.

I received a call saying i would be served for 3 charges in 24 hours for $710.00. Claimed to be a mediation or law firm. They would not provide any name of company, website, their name. etc. I told them this was a result of identiy theft and they proceded to tell me I was a fraud and a crook that wrote bad checks. Then they said I took out loans that was deposited into an account with Regions Bank. I called the Bank and I dont have any accounts in my name. THIS IS A FRAUDUALNT CALL.
