My wife has been getting threatening and verbally insulting calls lately. This is the latest round of them. These people are most likely datamining names from public class action lawsuits. They know your name and that you had an account with a specific bank. They demand you pay your nonexistent debt.

These people need to be arrested.

I got a call from them about a pay day loan that i defaulted on.  They said that they would take me to court for fraud.  This was for VIP loans.  I think they work for VIP loans.  They are not lawyers.  ??? I gave them all of my information.  They are collecting for actual defaulted loans but they are saying they are a law firm, and they are not.  He said his name was Dominick and Paul Campenella.

Received a phone call quoting a "docet " and saying they would like to deliver on Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. The name given was Dominick and Paul Campanella. They requested the last 4 digets of my social security number. These people need to be found out.

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.

Got a call from my best friends giving this number as a call back number and a docket number and it was a court summons, 5 min later my mother called with the same information, didn't leave a name, didn't leave a reason for the summons either

Apparently using the name Mike Smith makes it sound more  convincing.

Got a voicemail today from this number, telling me he was from "Legal Support Services" regarding a docket #449787-2014 from the actual county I live in, and went on to say I have been served. Never did say what it was about, but I would be getting a visit between 12-4 on Friday or Monday, and to call them directly at the same #.

They then called my brother in another state, asking for me, claiming it was a child support summons using the same docket #.

Very similar to the calls I have been getting lately, with slight changes to the script, and from different phone numbers (4 different numbers in the last few weeks).

Dont know how they got my brothers info, but they specifically asked for his brother when they called him.

One of those scam debt calls...there is a complaint regarding your checking account.....the same script used by other companies/agencies.  The callers company name doesn't even show up on a google search.
