DID YOU EVER GET SERVED??

the woman called me again this morning and said she would be coming to serve me today. i called the # she gave me to call
and a man answered saying 'ligitation dept" but wouldnt say the name of company. was placed on hold and then hung up on.
I called back and another man answered saying "bank resolution" and asking for my case# number. i hung up on him. Is this legit. can I be served at work? and do they do phone calls to warn you they are coming to serve you?

first off if you were to be served with court papers they have to have an indictment number which would be the year followed by cp or cr and other numbers

I just received the same type of phone call at my work and she said she will be serving me tomorrow. Did they ever serve you like she said they were ???

I GOT A CALL FROM  WOMAN SAYING SHE IS A PROCESSOR AND WILL BE SERVING ME WITH COURT PAPERS FOR A LAWSUIT AGAINST ME. TOLD ME CALL THIS PH # TO TRY TO WORK IT OUT. I HAVNT CALLED.

If you call it back, they say they are a debt collection agency called CSP Financial. I seriously doubt that is there real name. They answer the phone with "Litigation"
