I received a call from Matt Morgan from this number with the same exact story. When I questioned him about information that I could verify, he didn't want to work with me anymore. He said his supervisor was Bill Dugan with the fraud department in texas. I looked him up and he doesn't exist in the fraud department for the state of texas

Man I.D. himself on my 89 year old mother's phone as process server for Ashley Ann Cox with a case number and if needed info call Officer Bill Dugan at 844 695 5368 sounds fake but calls for this woman have come to her home for 6 months or more and always a recording, you pick up and it hangs up....

Received call 05/23/2014 from a man identifying himself as Lead Investigating Officer Mike Morgan. Said he was calling from Carson City and was ready to issue a felony warrant for arrest in Clark County. I asked how he could do that is it's not even the same jurisdiction. He said he could stop it and make sure the charges never show on my record if I set up a payment plan by the end of the month. He put me on hold for 5mins then came back and said the parties involved are approving him to set an arrangement. I told him I would have to call him back. When I called back I left a voicemail asking for his badge #, supervisors name, and the phone # for the police department he works for. He did not return the call with the requested info. Instead today he left a voicemail at 5:20am saying that for my sake he hopes I call and set up a restitution payment for tomorrow.

SCAM!!!   They are trying to extort money from you.  You must be served IN WRITING (if you actually did owe).

 The caller stated this is inv. bill dugan he gave me an case number and told me to call back at this number.  He gave me a statement of different charges and said a summons would be served if not payed on restitution on it.  and it did not go though. he was going to process it though to callaway county.

Deadbeat scam artist trying to collect on a fake bad check stating that he (Bill Dugan), would just send the summons to Rutherford County hahahah, idiot I don't even live or have never lived in Rutherford County so like I told him, "good luck with that."  Once I told him to do what he needed to do then he got very irate and said that this investigation was not going to stop I told him, "sweetheart you have a better chance investigating the flight to Maylasia and finding those folks than investigating me!"  I have sued two of these crazy places and won so don't think I won't do it again so basically don't call me again if you know what's good for you.
