Caller (callling from 844-704-5171) is making threats in a voicemail that "an action" has "been filed against" me.  They call my number but must assume they are reaching the person who used to have this number (and who may very well have skipped out on paying a debt or something when this number belonged to someone else). They threaten legal action but they won't even say the name of the individual they are leaving a message for! The message claims they "tried unsuccessfully" to deliver papers to my residence. That tells me they don't know where I live and all they have is a phone number -- the one they assume still belongs to the individual scofflaw they are being paid by the offended company to locate. This is either a scam or a debt collector who has nothing but a phone number belonging at some earlier time to someone who may have skipped town to avoid paying a debt.

Making threats

Stephanie Brown called my work, my cell, my HR leaving messages and saying that I have a claim against me. Called the company guy said that they are charging me with 2 counts of fraud. He couldn?t tell me which company is charging me and said that he only works for a company that pursues these types of cases. He said that I would be apprehended and convicted in court if I don?t take care of this today!! Thats fine but they couldnt give me ANY information.
SCAMMERS?. Beware
