Block by phone number..

getting same message from a marshall cooper i dont answer them i let them go to voicemail they leave a case number and a call back number i never called back they dont even use my name its a totally different name.they threaten to go to my job or my home.how can u block these calls if there is no caller id to block? very agrivating!

Alright I keep getting this call from Matt Strong to call  844-742-0026 a company named ACG  wanting my wife for a outstanding debt we have no outstanding debts how can we stop these harrassing calls.

Total scam.   See my notes.  Ignore them.   If there is a court case, ask them what the name of the court is and the case file number.   You can look it up yourself.  But of course there is no court case; they are basically trying to scam you into giving them money.

Total scam.   Real process servers do not let you know in advance that you're going to be served.   They just show up.   They are trying to scare you into paying them something.  Ignore them.

My debts sre all paid off

Yhis number keeps calling me and family members. They are even calling my employer saying they need to serve me papers.

I have been called by a Matt Strong saying I have been notified that a attorny is trying to get ahold of me to clear up a debt matter and to call the Plantiff at  (844) 742-0026 it is not an legit number you can't get through. they threaten to come to my house or place of employment. I have no debts I have filed bankruptcy back in early 2000. and all debts have been erased. this is causing rifted between my husband and me. my husband is threatening to leave me he's afraid of being lied too. I hope someone can stop these people before they break up a marriage. plus it scared me that they know my last 4 digits of my ssn.

Call themselves ACG.   Hard to tell if it's a law firm or a debt collection firm. Supposedly in Albany New York.  Some company calling itself ACG or something like that has been involved in a lot of debt scamming from a variety of different numbers.     This could be another one of its many incarnations.  I wouldn't call these people back or pay any attention to their calls.  My understanding is that they change phone numbers and supposed locations all the time.  

If they have a valid debt, tell them to send you a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.  Chances are they won't send you anything like that but continue to threaten you.  Block their calls, if you can.

Sounds totally scammy.

These people won't give me their name or address

I have too! They won't even give me their address.
So a company that won't give me their address or name of the person I'm speaking with.

Ridiculous

certain Laura Miller called me in my house landline and even on my cell nos. (not showing any tel.nos. on my screen and only indicating an Unknown caller).  The lady told me  that someone has complaint and i need to call this nos. 844742-0026 to settle the court fee.   and she even told me the case no. I said to the lady that if this is really a legitimate call, why their  phone nos. was not  registering on my id caller and if really I have a court complaint, I should be getting a formal complaint letter from the court house mailing it to my home address.  So looks like it is a SCAM and it is very annoying call.  I believe have received this UNKNOWN CALL 3x last  week.      

Getting a call daily about being notified of being served.  This is the number they ask the wrong person (the message is not left for me) to call to settle.

This company is claiming to be an attorney's office with faxed documents waiting to be served for court unless getting in contact with them for settlement.
