It's actually Eastern Asset Solutions LLC that is calling. They called me as well. There out of Orange Park FL. John Triplett is the one that called me but when I called back I spoke with Mike which transferred me to David. Now David acted as if they were a law office however there not. I was told about a payment that was taken out with cash net usa that hadn't been paid back yet which was true I hadn't because I had forgot about it an they never tried to contact me anyways here is the phone number on the receipt they sent me after I started making payments on the loan 904-239-5771 & the email contact@eas-mgmt.com

A Emmett Brown called my work twice today. The first time my boss said I wasn't in today so he called back. He left a message saying I have the legal right to be heard out of court and he will send a stop order report if we solve this problem.  Sounds like a total scam!!!

I received a phone call from a person named Amanda Wilson saying she was with Regional Express Courier stating she was looking for a certain person which is a male and she is calling my cell # and I'm a female. She stated that she was looking for him because this person had been subpoena and that this person could call 844-795-7491 to find out all the details. She calls again today and says that since she hasn't heard anything about a stop order request then she will be at this persons place of residence/ employment. They need to stop calling me

In Texas, got the same repeated calls from Jim Rogers about some Cash Net loan for someone with the same name as mine and tried to tell me I was going to pay it and get the money from where ever I had to even though I stated I had no idea what they were talking about and did not know how they got my number. End result was I informed the prick I was recording the call and I would have my attorney contact them for illegally harassing me. My attorneys have made contact and I have heard nothing else. It's a scam!!!!

I did call the 844 number and it is voicemail - automatic. This is not a business and I assume the claims are false.

i recieved a call from tim blake last night as well! informing me of a subpeona issued against my ssn. to call 844-795-7491 that it was a law firm that hired him. he called my cell phone and my ex-husband's house (my old number) what is going on? should i be concerned?

Follow the steps in what you need to know. A legitimate debt collector agency should not have a problem with giving you a real business name and address you can google and verify via google street view, BBB etc.

I received a restricted number and it was Tim Blake with region courier service. ..how did they get  my cell number and how can I file a complaint?  This is harassment!

I received call from an Emily. They knew the last 4 of my social.  Scary

Got a cAll from a number from buffalo NY. Mad because I stopped payment! Said he was going to perspire with my summons. I called my county offices again to see if I had a summons or warrants NOPE! Nothing. The number was 716-803-6010

They called me too. I called back and got a guy named Jim Rogers. Gave them my info at first then started researching and found out its prob a hoax. I have stopped everything from my account! Tried calling him back he says it legit. I called my county and they have no warrants nor have they had a summons for me! What a fool I was but hopefully they will be the fools when they try to get my money and I'll have the last laugh. Said I owed green tree and they turned  it over to this company! BS!

Have received several calls from Emily Jones Region Express Carrier calling about a summon from a blocked number.  I just looked at my county court online service under my name to see if a summon is listed and no such thing appeared.  Also called back the number 844-795-7491 and no one answered except a voice message.  I called the number back blocking my number and left messages regarding my "case number".  Also googled the name Region Express Carrier and several variations of that name and nothing comes up.

I have been getting these calls from this number every day telling me the same thing,,,That they were going to come to my work or home ,,,I told them bring it on I will be here all day and waiting,,They asked for the address I told them they should have it since they know so much already, They or no one showed up,,,,Its a scam,,

This is an update from my prior note on 03/26/14.  No subpoena was serve at my home or work and the calls stop around 03/27/14.  I don't think these people are valid since any company no matter who they are should always be able to leave a message as to why or who they represent when serving anything.  There message was short and no business who are legit ever has a message machine only and not be able to describe what company they are or who they are.  No subpoena was served to me and again no listing under my county that indicated that my name is even listed.  I still see an old one that I had four years ago that was resolved so I know if anything new comes up.  

I just received the same message from John Triplet did any of you ever receive the actual subpoena by any chance?

Alike the others on this page, I received four calls in three days from someone at Region Express; however, it was a different name - but could have been the same person. This person didn't seem to speak English very well because he kept breaking up his words while letting me know he will be coming to my place of work or home to deliver a summons. Checked the court records and nothing - I even went to the courthouse and there's nothing on file for me. The number he left was also just a voice message, I could file a complaint against the number but it won't do much until I have the actual number that contacted me. Will update once I find out who it is. I am also a member of LifeLock and there hasn't been anything recently filed against me, nor has my information been used to compromise someone else's account.

Got the 2nd call in as many days from Tim Blake as well.  Telling me I failed to respond to his first notice and that he will be serving me at home or work in the next few days.  Looking for someone with same first name as me but different last name.  Whatever.  I called back and got a voicemail recording as well and left my message.  I also checked my circuit court records online and NOTHING has been issued under my name.  This is ridiculous how they got my cell number and call from a restricted number.  I smell scam.

Got a call yesterday at work and home from same person named Tim Blake from Region Express Carrier calling about a summon and that they will arrive at my work or home.  Got called again just now.  I just looked at my county court online service under my name to see if a summon is listed and no such thing appeared.  Also called back the number 844-795-7491 and no one answered except a voice message.  If you are from a summon department an actual person should answer and a message that last less then a minute is really stupid.  I left my own message to them and good luck to you also.
