called and threatened wife at work

They are attempting to also make this scam in Washington State

I just received a call on my cell phone from this company and they are extremely rude extremely threatening and when I returned the call to let them know that I have researched their company and they are scam artists they got even more rude and told me that my relative they called me about was a scam. People BEWARE!!!! No company will call you before they file a complaint in order to get you to pay them first. They will file a complaint then serve you! UGH... Unfortunately from past experience I know how creditors will work and these guys are certainly scam artists

The following company is leaving threating voice mssage for a employee no longer works here. This is a buisness not and they are disclosing personal information about the employee.

This is the same payday loan scam going on everywhere.  We are in NC.  Total scam and uses many different toll free numbers.  

This # has called both my mother in law and my brother in law in the last few minutes stating that they are with Wells Fargo Fraud Dept. I haven't had an acct w/ them in well over a year. A few months ago I received a call from 972-586-7494 (which, when you call back, says it's disconnected). They called me at work and stated that I got a payday loan TWO YEARS AGO that I hadn't paid back. I paid it back TWO YEARS AGO....They stated they would be taking me to court. I called the agency whom I got the loan from, they advised that, around tax time, these people pop up and make threatening calls to try to scare people into paying. I filed a complaint against the loan co, Hydrafund, as it was my opinion that they are the ones that started the whole process. I was advised that they couldn't find a company by that name.

I got a call like this too from this number.  Claimed they were LSU in Connecticut.  I Googled LSU in Connecticut and they are a real law firm.  I called them and they have no knowledge of me or this place or any names that I have talked to today.  They are trying to collect on a debt that I paid from a payday loan that another bogus place called ATR in Atlanta.  They are both trying to collect on the same debt.  And when I explain that to both of them they hang up on me. I will also file with the Federal Trade Commission and pursue what I can in the state of Illinois.

believe this is a bogus company, very rude, very threatening, would not give out their address or fax number, claimed that they worked for the State of Michigan, claimed that the worked for the "Court", couldn't tell me what court, and then did not know any address for the court.    Am going to try and report them to the State of Michigan and/or Federal Trade Commission.
