Got a call from a Shannon Reed, Mike Cooper and some other random person claiming to be from LSU Legal Services Unit.  They have all my personal information and claim that I owe for a payday loan from a company named Bayside Lenders (which I have never heard of).  They told me that I would be served papers if I choose to fight this in court or I could settle out and pay the $590.  I contacted my bank and had my account closed.  I am contacting the credit bureaus today and I have filed a complaint with the FTC.  I just started getting these calls 3 days ago and when I told the people that I know I owe nothing they just laughed.  I think it's crazy how these people get all your information and try to get money from you.  If you get a call from LSU don't call back just ignore and file a complaint.

I have received several calls from this company within the past 2 days.  They have contacted me from an unknown number, but leave a call back number of 844-811-1134.  They stated they are calling from LSU Legal Services Unit in Jacksonville, FL.  I called back and they stated that they have my account and that I will be served for an unpaid payday loan from Bayside Lenders.  They have all my personal information including, bank account, email, ss#.  They told me that my email address as well as bank account have been subpoenaed.  I can either go to court, or handle it outside of court.  I know for a fact that I have never even heard of this company.  I called my bank to verify and they told me not to worry about anything.  This is a scam, and these people are trying to push me into paying money that I don't owe.
