So just received another call this time from Micael Blue telling me to call 844-291-9494 with the exact same claim number that Candice Robinson left yesterday.
This has to stop!

So received another call from Candice Robinson stating to call 844-827-6618 with my claim number or she would have to serve me papers, this was my final warning...
1st when has a process server ever called to warn you they were going to serve you?
Called and Got Shkayla Johnson, she then told me that they are trying to collect a debt from SGQ Processing from 2012.  That a claim will be filed for Breach and Fraud inducement of a contract.
I explained that my identity was stolen in 2011 and that this is not my responsibility.
When I asked for documentation to be MAILED to me, I was told she could email it.  I said that would be fine, but I also want a hard copy via USPS.  At which point she put me on with her manager William Carter, who proceeded to tell me that they are not required to mail me anything because a "collection company" had already done that and I had not responded.
I then told him I would give him my attorney's name and number and they could deal with him.  He said we cannot because we can't make outbound calls from here.  I asked for a mailing address so that my attorney could contact them via USPS... and was told due to security concerns they could not provide me with their address as one of their team members had been attacked.  I asked if they had a PO Box...he said  yes and put me on hold.... then the phone was disconnected....
I called back and got him again... I told him amazingly we somehow got disconnected...I want the PO Box address.
He put me on hold again and came back with PO Box 5043 oh wait  5843 Fort Lauderdale, FL 33310.
I am sending this to my local police department as they have called 2 people that I know and left messages with my personal information on it.

Have been contacted twice by a restricted number. Once at work and once on a voicemail leaving this number on my cell phone. Caller informing that my husband commited check fraud. The funny thing is my husband doesn't write checks and it could only possibly be from an online payday loan from 5 years ago. They have called work and my cell threatening to serve papers on my husband and he has been notified through a voicemail. Wouldn't you think that they would have sent some kind of validation of the debt through the mail to us. I am calling them back today to request a validation of the debt in writing and then see what happens.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Received a call yesterday from Candice Robinson advising me that my file had been forwarded to her office for processing, but if I wanted to stop it to call 844-827-6618 with my claim number.... called the number and it says thank you for calling NRA...
Not the National Rifle association, but National Check Recovery....looking them up on the internet...really sounds like a scam...
