Was called by someone to notify me that I may be served. Gave 8559698889 as the number to call. For a payday loan --that I field bankruptcy on. Guy want 700 as a deal to the 1700 filed in the courts. Bottom line scam.

No record that I can find of a Baker and Davis firm. Seems like a kitchen-table debt scammer.

Yep, some people use it as a scare tactic. You're one of them!
Prove me wrong low-life! You've "been served". So post the full name of this outfit. Their valid physical address. The name(s) of the plaintiff. The jurisdiction & the signing judges name. You won't post a verifiable thing!
And don't come back here and claim that you "don't want to give out your personal information". We don't want your personal information. We just want the plaintiffs information. You won't post any of that either. We all know why!!!
Put up or shut up SHILL! We take apart you scammers here on a daily basis. You can't fool us. You definitely can't out think us.

Gunnar i have been notified then avoided it, then deputy served me,REALLLLLLY CAN HAPPEN SOME PEOPLE USE IT AS A SCARE TACTIC THOUGH

Yeah, real...FAKE! People don't get calls about a Summons. EVER! They get a process server, or deputy, handing them one.
If someone calls about a supposed Summons, the caller is a fraud. EVERY TIME!
