Well, I waited and held my breathe....no one came - ROTFLMAO.  They have been turned into the Attorney General, The Federal Trade and the FBI.  Brian Reco DOES NOT work for ANY state.

Okay, ding a link Brian Reco called saying to be home.....really?  How stupid for him to think I would fall for such shenanigans.  First and foremost, if they show, they will be met by police officers and taken straight to jail for collection fraud.  Secondly, never give out information to these pond scum collection agencies trying for debt that is well past the statutes of limitations!  This is RCS Recovery - bottom feeder crap company.  I have turned them in.

This is a total scam.  No process server lets you know in advance that you are  going to be  served.   There's no court hearing either.  You can check with your local courthouse.   Someone is trying to scare you into paying them something on non-existent or legally unenforceable debt.

Don't talk to them, don't call them.  Do not give them any information and do not send them any money.

Report them:  https://www.google.com/#q=where+do+i+report+abusive+debt+collectors

This is total fraud.  Go to your local police and attorney general and report them.

Debt Collector
Some very professional sounding man left a VM advising me to have two forms of ID ready for his arrival at either my work or my home, and that I was due in Wright Co. court this Tuesday. Complete hogwash. Come find me, as I do not live in MN, and I'd be happy to speak with you. I'm sure you scare a lot of people. Good business for sure, keep shining.
