Numerous calls...heaving breathing...no words and then a hangup. I called the number and the voice mail said: Hi, you've reached the office of--" with no name or organization. Then another voice said the mailbox was full and can't take any messages.

I've gotten a handful of calls from this number where the caller is silent and hangs up within ten seconds of my answering.
