"Verizon Labs" who starts off wanting to send a catalog of IT supplies and the newest ipad nano and then quickly jumps to selling you screen wipes. Man, I can't believe after all these years companies are still pitching screen wipes. This gal has the typical sales person humor. Very brutal.

Oh hell no! The minute he told me that I didn't need his information, I would have hung up the phone! I just got a call from a woman, also saying she was with Verizon Labs and asking for our IT Manager. I asked her what her call was concerning and she told me everything BUT the answer to my question. The 2nd time I asked, she was just as evasive, so it was off to voicemail for her.

Mr. Hogan called today and was quite pleasant to talk to. He was asking about our weather, etc. He had previously called on 08.11.11 to ask for [name of executive]. I began trying to gather the name of his company and the purpose of his call and he retorted back with, "You don't need to get my information. You just need to put me through to [executive]!"
He asked this time to talk to [executive]. I responded that the last time he called I had let [executive] know he was calling and was not interested in speaking with him. He began to challenge me on this. I thanked him and said good-bye.
