Got a call today from Amy at Pioneer..started to ask her questions and she hung up

Called the number back.  Said it was a sales call.   You can remove your number from the list by calling them back.

Received a call a few minutes ago that was transferred to me by another employee who definitely would not have had anything to do with the maintenance of the facility or grounds.  Don Oliver, speaking very quickly from a script and I didn't catch the name of the company, proceeds to tell me about the card I submitted inquiring about the HyperMelt that is non-tracking and non-damaging for any surface and would X-number of 50 or 100 pound bags would suffice for this facility.  Told him I'm not committing to any number and then gave him the reason why his call was not factually correct - I would've put my direct dial number on the card and I would have made a copy of the card so that I could refer to it when and if a representative were to call me and that they needed to update the rehearsed script.

Just received a call from them at the church I work at. I didn't answer because I have stopped answering most numbers I don't recognize. They did not leave a message. Almost sounds like someone who is playing a joke by all the bizarre things you guys are saying they have said to you!

Received a call from someone asking for our "chief".  When I said we didn't have a "chief", he hung up on me very abruptly.

keeps calling me.  When I answer never anyone there.

Received a call from 845-541-9618 and they asked for someone.  When I told them that person wasn't available I asked what this was about.  They what do you think its about.  I said I don't know, you called me, and I also asked who am I speaking with, and they responded who are you.  Then they hung up.  Probably an identity thief ring.  Need to be reported.

As switchboard operator for my employer, I received a call from this number.  Caller asked for our CEO and before I was able to respond that our CEO's administrative assistant took all his calls, he asked, "What's the matter, are his britches too big for him to take my call?"  Then he hung up!  Very rude!

Received a call this morning from a man (chewing gum loudly) asking to speak to the Pastor, and he asked for her by name.  I told him she wasn't in today, but if he would leave his name and number, I would make sure she got back to him.  After I said this, the caller started laughing maniacally.  After a few seconds I hung up.  Weird!!!

Got a call yesterday from 845-541-9618, they wanted a person who has not been with this company fro 3+ years I asked for the name and phone so I could have someone call them back. The gentleman promptly said No you sound like a little girl then hung up.Today the same number came up and I repeatedly asked for the company name and hias name and he refused to give this to me he eventually said I was rude and hung up.

Recieved a call from this number this morning, very rude caller.  Asked for Rita, we said she's not here, may I take a message, and they said,"No, Shut up" and hung up.  Wish there was some way to identify the business to get them shut down!

Received a call at 0925 asking for our pastor. Gave his name as "Nick Stone", when asked what he needed, he just hung up.

Received a Call today saying that We had sent in a card requesting information for some ice/snow melt.  She was very convincing.   She told me that this was a one time offer for ice/snow melt, from a Noble Supply.  I asked for a website since I typically go on their to look for information and was told, "we don't have a website."

A gentleman, Christopher Jay, says he's from London, returning the call of our Pastor.  Everytime I asked a question he apologized, and answered.  When I asked for his number to call back, he responded that he'll call back.

A young, hesitant woman called and asked for my husband by name.  When I said he wasn't available and asked if I could help she said she'd call back later and hung up.

I got a business call from this number saying we had filled out a card for "snow and ice melt" and that it would be sent, and they tried to get me to verify my business address. No one sent in such a card (we are a tenant, do not own the building) so this was a clever scam. Be careful.

Received a call 9:45 am mst asking for the pastor, told him he was out of town how could i help him-he started ranting a scripture about "a righteous man who can find..." He refused to Identify himself just repeated the scripture and hung up.....

Received a call from 845-541-9618 at my office this morning. My receptionist politely asked if he would mind to hold. The male caller answered "Yes I would, you stupid bi***!"
I called the number (off the caller ID) and received the same recording that NRAD described in the comm ent above. I left a message for them but I didn't speak slowly or poilitely! Then, I called my local phone company. The representative recommended placing our number on the national do not call list, which we did immediately.

Called and asked for someone who doesn't work here then tried to dig information out about our company and then said they were a snow removal company then tried to find out what company we use. When I asked them what company they were calling on behalf of he kept asking what company we used saying they were most likely the same company we used so I asked again what company he was with and he hung up. very shady and wanted information about our company they had no place having.

There is NO SUCH THING AS AN UNLISTED NUMBER!!!   These auto dialers just dial numbers in sequence. Dont bother trying to have one...or paying the phone company for one....

We have gotten calls from this number at my work but when I answer and say "NRAD" they hang up.  I called back and got a recording that said this was a sales call and to speak slowly and give our phone number so it could be taken off the call list in the next 72 hours.  Guess we'll see if they actually take it off or not.  We are an ambulance company so harrassing calls to us could easily result in serious charges for these people if they are not careful.

Credit card scam operation would use a phone bank of hustlers like this to get additional details that can be used to open up fraudulent credit cards in YOUR name.

Also... mentioned something about needing to "update" their records since they were clearly NOT correct... but our phone was never attached to the other family member for any reason.

Answered call around 11:45am Central time 8-29-12, not the first time they've called.  They called 8-28-12 around 3:52pm Central time.  The 8-28 call they wanted to sell weed killer.  Today they claimed to be Pioneer Farm Products or something near enough.  Both times they asked for another family member in a different household.  The 8-29 call, they stated that this other person filled out a card and gave our number as a contact.  Fishing for 'the right person' to make purchases for our 'company'.  After being put off 8-29 they asked for contact information for this other family member [who supposedly filled out a card].  Several times told them we were not interested.  Pleasant enough woman, but clearly manipulating and searching for information.  Definitely phishing.  Our phone #s are on the do not call list.

Call received about 8:30am CDT. Friendly male voice, sounded like he knew me and I should recognize his voice. Asking if I was "(my first name) " and when I said "yes" he started asking questions about my phone if this was a leased phone...I hung up.

Never requested info from them...and am 'SICK' of received DAILY calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is daily harassment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wouldn't answer my questions. and they were very nosey.

received call from this number at 11:21 Am CST. Polite man w/definite southern accent. asked for my husband. asked who is this. gave a name. said he was from Pioneer Farm Products or something like that. asked what the nature of the call was. he said hubby filled out information card. I said sorry my hubby doesn't do that. He said well i'm sorry. I asked to be taken off their call list. we'll see.......
