Calling every 15 min stop to answer and hear voice and they hang up.  Left message they are to stop calling.

Calls and leaves no message

I eived a call from that number only to be hung up on. When I returned the call I got an answering machine saying it was turn key operations. They need to leave people alone!!!!!!!

I put this number and 29 other numbers on my block call list. I have a Panasonic phone that will block calls. The phone rings once and they get a busy signal and then it hangs up on them! They are very persistant. Like someone else said they call about every 4 minutes for an hour starting at 10am. Then again for another hour at 4pm, then again for another hour at 7pm. Here they get the same thing...block call.  I love my Panasonic phone! I did drop the Times Herald after getting it for two days. Not much in it for the Kingston area plus it was like looking at one big advertisement.  That paper makes the Kingston Daily Freeman look good, and that is pretty sad.

It started with turnkey solutions and now its some other bogus name now I will call the dept of consumer affairs and see what good that does

Everyday 2x a day I get a call from either the 845 one or the 201 number.  This HAS to stop, its borderline harrassment!!!

Got calls from this number and the 201 number. Told them I would NEVER take a subscitpition to the Times Herald Record ever since they made it imposible to view their on-line version without a subscription. Told them the cheap b###stard billionaire Rupert Murdoch could spare a few thousands so the paper could be on line for free like every other freeeeeking newspaper in the world. I'm sure they'll still call me, but felt good to get that out anyway.

they have called asking if we would like the local paper atfer we had cancled it after giving them our credit card info we did not get a paper we stoped all transactions on the card and called the police the police said they could not do much

The problem company is Turn Key Solutions, in the Secaucus, NJ area at 201-210-5381.  This is not the same company as Turnkey Solution in Mahwah at 201-848-7676.  They have similar names but are unrelated.

So, TN or Turnkey ( same numbers that called me yesterday and so far on this morning: 201-399-2106; 201-210-5381; 845-617-4520) are for newspaper sales? This is insane! I ordered a newspaper December 2010 (three month subscription/home delivery) and never received the paper or a refund. Try to get the paper, no-can-do, try for a refund, no one responds. So, now they are trying to renew my sub? LOL NEVER!

If this really is the paper trying to resub me, I'm not sure they can call because I never got the product (no business relationship, they took MY money and ran and I'm not that dumb to do that again).

Middletown Times Herald Record - worst paper to try and get paper delivery, and most people, like me, don't get their papers or a refund for the non-delivery, or don't get them every day, or get them late at night or next day. Unreal, right.

turnkey solutions calls me from 3 different numbers--201 399 2106--201 210 5381 and 845 617 4520.  I am listed on the National Do Not Call List but turnkey keeps calling me.  All  I get is a machine.  This company has no living human beings working for them--only machines.  I have called and left a hundred messages to not call me but they keep calling.  I have made a complaint to the National Do Not Call List.  I am waiting to see if they stop calling me.

They were trying to sell me a subscription to my local paper which I canceled about a year ago. They call every few months with a new amazing deal.  They have more then one phone number.  I have the other number blocked and when they tried to call my home and got a busy signal twice they called from this number.   The other number is a totally different area code...201 210 5381.  Was polite when i told him no thank you.. but sounded disappointed he didn't get the sale.. sorry buddy.

They call all the time. no message left. I called back and got recording for Turnkey Solutions. Who are they.

Keeps calling. leaves no message. I called back and the voice messaging system said I reached the office of TURNKEY SOLUTIONS.  I have no idea who they are.  But they are annoying.

I have gotten phone calls from this number numerous times as well as the 201 # at work!  This is unacceptable and needs to stop! When I answer... total silence. Of course, when I don't answer there is no message left. How do I get this reported and to whom????

I answered, they claim to be from the ny post. I asked them to take me of the call list, and the yget rue n then hang up on me. I called back and got the same message......

I have these calls blocked.. they use two numbers.  The other is 201-210-5381.  When they call they get a busy signal.   I wasn't home today for most of these calls..  (thankfully!) and they called my house every 4 minutes for over an hour switching back and forth between these two numbers before noon.. then again around 4 p.m.  They are calling to get me to renew my subscription to a newspaper I used to get delivered (Times Herald Record) and have told them I am not interested ever.. but they continue to call!  My phone rings once for blocked calls and had it ready in hand for the next call received in a 4 minute period.. i picked it up twice and was hung up on.  Really annoying.  I am on the do not call list but am not sure if these calls apply.   Why would I ever renew a subscription to a newspaper that harasses people like that!

This a Telemarketer for Newspapers in your area. For me it's the Times Herald Record.

Calls all the time. In my caller ID box on the phone "Somers" have no clue as to who or what is calling us.

every day these a holes call one ring no message. I am totally disgusted with it. You call the number and they are all miracleously busy scamming other people in the world. I have called them back and left two messages not to call me and lo and behold the same crap every day. DO SOMETHING TO STOP THESE LO LIVES
