I received a message stating I won a bridal gift basket and when I called the number back it said ARP brides? Isn't ARP

Got a message from this number saying my fiance and I won a bridal gift package....haven't called back because it seems suspicious

left a message saying i won a vacation, told me to call 845-782-6759

Yes i got the same exact phone call from the same number.. did u end up going to the show?? Some feeling im getting is telling me its real, but then again i also think fake.. im suppose to be meeting them at 8:30 2night for a 90min show..  Any ideas... thanks

Just got a call on my work number, which I don't remember giving out but I have received numerous calls and emails from other places that got my info from David's Bridal so I'm sure it was from them.  Caller said she was from RP Bride, that I'd won a trip.... glad I googled this`

I have received 2 phone calls the last 2 days. I had been on Davids Bridal Website looking at dresses and somehow they got my information. I was able to call the number back and talk to a person and they promised me the same deal as long as I came to Toledo Airport Holland Courtyard this Fri to get my prize of a 3 day 2 night trip and $1000 from Grocery Card USA. All you have to do is watch a cooking demo for 15 min and talk to them about your trip. I am suspicious so I went online to www.rpbrides.com like they said and it has the info there about the giveaway. So then I googled the phone number and found this.

A guy named JP called and told me one of my local bridal shops entered me into a drawing and I won free hotel stay and $1000 grocery card or something. To claim prize I would have to go to a hotel near me on Sunday at 11 with my fiance and that was the ONLY time which the prize could be claimed. I told the guy I would talk to my fiance and call back, I really just wanted to look up some info on this and thank god I found this site. Oh yea, the ONLY place I have been to so far is Davids Bridal so there is no doubt that it was them who gave my number out.

They call me all the time (at least once a month) I too think they got my info from David's Bridal. They said I won the hotel package and the free discount cards etc. Then said they were doing a show at the local hotel at 7 p.m. today, I called the hotel and they said they don't have any bridal companies or anything like that reserved for this evening.

I am another bride, from David's bridal, that received a call from the same number.  I have not registered for any contest or anything at this time.  Thanks to this site and all the other brides that received this call, I know not to answer the call in the future.  Thanks and CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL.

A woman named Nancy called saying she was from RP Brides and I had won a bridal package.  She said my local bridal shop entered me in the contest.  I Googled the number because this sounded fishy.  I found this website which proved my suspicions.

i have also registered with David's Bridal (selecting NOT to be contacted by their "partners") and very soon after began recieving NUMEROUS unsolicited calls like this one. I hung up on the person calling from this number (they called at 9:30 PM) , as i said "hello" twice and recieved a reply seconds AFTER my second "hello". I didn't call back. I was considering purchasing a significant amount of wedding materials from DB, but now i'm seriously reconsidering.

I answered my own phone and when the girl asked for me, I said I wasn't available and asked if I could take a message (just to see who they were)...well I waited a few minutes and called them back, they were very nice told me that my name had been drawn for a free honeymoon and all kinds of stuff, all I had to do was go to a meeting on a Sunday to get all the details... so of course I surfed the good'ol internet and found this site, it made me come back to reality and realize that it's a total scam... thank you website!

Called today telling me that i had won a vacation package and a $1000 grocery card. I listened considering that i am young and a first time bride. But now that i read this i know not to go and to ignore the calls. thank you the number was 631 470 3626

Called saying I won a 300 gift certificate and a bridal package and that I should go to the Chantilly Courtyard hotel in DC area this weekend. Called twice and gave me a website that didn't work. Very shady

I got one of these calls tonight, and I am positive David's Bridal is the culprit.  Reason being, I bought a bridesmaid dress there for my brother's wedding.  I even registered under the bride's name.  Any doofus who would have had more than my phone number info from that purchase could see that #1.I was not the one getting married,and #2. The event is already over.  That's how I knew it was a scam.  I'm really ticked off that my number has been so casually given out by a business.  But how do I know they aren't sharing my debit card info as well?

Left a voice mail on my cell phone stating that my fiance' and I had won a "Free Beautification". Never entered any contest and I'm not sure how they got my information. Probably from David's Bridal.

I received the same voicemail notifying me that my fiance & I had won a free honeymoon.  I never entered ANY contests, but I did sign up for David's emails.  They share their customers' info. with some third parties.  So there's probably nothing you can do aside from contact the BBB.

This bothers me too.  My bride's maids bought their dresses through David's Bridal and all of a sudden I am getting a lot of random phone calls from places like this.  Today I received the call all of you have been discussing.  How can we contact David's to get us off of these lists?

Call multiple times a month asking for Donna or leaving a message for Donna (not me).  Every time I talk to them I tell them they have the wrong number and to remove my number from any list, they reply saying ok and hang up.  They continue to call.  And when they leave messages for Donna, they say it is 21st Century and Donna won a free trip and to just call back.  I have never called back.

Hung up as soon as I answered, number was 845-782-2656. I think they got my info from David's Bridal.

No message left, but this number has called me.  I'm getting married next year, but would love to know how they got my number.

I also got a call from this number. I always read this FIRST when I get strange calls -- but I called this number back and a young woman answered who sounded surprised to get a call. I asked why I got a call from that numbered and she asked my name. I reluctantly gave it to her and asked if they had left me a message. I told her kindly that I do not check my messages and to tell me what company this was for. She told me I had won a bridal package. I told her I did not apply to win anything and if she could please remove my name. She replied "Yeah" and the phone call ended. This is the second whacko company that has called saying I won something for my wedding. I want to know who gave out my number because I am irritated!!!

I haven't been to ANY BRIDAL SHOWS... Am I getting married, yes... How did they get this information? My only guess is from either the Knot or David's Bridal and either way, I'm not happy about either. I couldn't under stand the message hardly and the next day I started getting phone calls about the same type of thing from a 866-255-7776. Its a scam either way... Don't fall for it.

I also got a phone call from this number last night, saying I had won a free vacation from entering a bridal registry.  At the time, my son was screaming and they said they could call back later.  Haven't heard from them since.  I'm so glad I checked this website, because I will not answer the phone if they call again.
