Just received a call from this number. I googled the number and it goes straight to this forum.

I figure this is bad number.

Just received a call from this unrecognized out of state number.  Didn't pick up because I figured it was a scam.

I keep getting from this and other numbers selling me tax assistance. I have been on the National Do Not Call Registry for many months. I blocked this other, but they robocall from other random numbers, same message. I filed a complaint with the Registry, but who knows what that will do.

I called back the number and a very upbeat announcer described an opportunity to pay off back taxes, but only if I owed more than $10K. What an obvious phishing scam! How can they be so stupid? I'm more annoyed by the idiocy than the actual phone call.

These criminals are preying on people who don't know any better and scaring them into buying warranties they don't need and can't afford.  WholesaleWarranties.net
