Caller ID-Unknown Name - If it is the March of Dimes, they have called on three different numbers. Did not answer.

The march of dimes is calling my house several times a day for at least a couple weeks. I wont give them money and I want them to knock it off.

I do not think this is the "real" March of Dimes. I have been receiving calls relentlessly for over a month from the following phone numbers:

Sometimes the name says "March of Dimes," sometimes it says "Thanks from MOD," and sometimes it says "Unknown;" plus the name changes often--even for the same phone number. Also, when I picked up, the line went silent. This is not typical "March of Dimes" behavior, so I would suspect that some scam artist is spoofing the IDs/numbers.
On another thread "Elenor" wrote that "the correct number for the March of Dimes is (914) 997-4488"--not 845-790-80XX.
