people beware the same people that are calling you are some of the same people making these posting saying that these are real collectors. when this is a scam.  report these people to your counsilman or state official.

Yes for sure same thing here Cash USA just got a call again today twice, And same excact thing, I get calls from a lot of different numbers and its the same voice and everything. I:m gonna contact my sheriff dept and see what I can do, Let me kn ow if u came up with anything else.

we kept getting these calls dont have a loan out. they are scammers. on pay day loans as usa and etc dont take you to court they put you in collection. called police said dont answer these calls. we have had at least 10 different number call us from california to new york..dont fall for this

I keep getting calls from this number and cannot understand a word the person says.  He speaks so fast and says if I dont call back there will be a legal case against me.  I do not know who they are and believe they are a scam.  Where or how do these people get our numbers.  It is very scary.

I just got the same call today they called my work and my cell phone and left a message saying that I was gone be sued for fraud I couldn't understand a thing they were saying though I had to play the message over and over they had a very bad ascent, It is very scary for them to be calling me saying they have all my info and that they are gone sue me I hope and pray it is a scam.

they are not scam they are real .... i had just paid money ... and then my case is over they are real ....

friends they are not wrong   becoz when i say him that do what ever u want to do then e had blacklisyed my socile no .... friends they are real .........

These people have been doing this for months to me! I am going to ignore them. But they make it really easy to fall into their trap.

I had received a phone call from this number saying they work for Cash USA.  Also saying i owe them money or i will have to go to court.  I'm not sure if there is a better way to handle this but i have contacted the attorney general from my state to file a complaint.  The funny thing is i couldn't understand ANYTHING he was saying.  Like I am going to give you money, The only thing i could make out was CASH USA.

I am receiving the same thing and I am trying to block them. It is scary since I have never broken any law.

Got a phone call from someone from 845-823-9943, he was foreign sounding and claimed a legal court matter is being initiated today (12/3/10) against me for money owed.  When both me and my husband tried to pin down when and how much, they couldn't say anything conclusive.  Scary thing is they had information on me and wanted me to confirm it which I told them nothing.  End result, he called back to say he sending me a final notice......I said go for it because I plan to take them to court.   I'm not sure if this is on the level or not.  My husband told them to get lost and not contact us again without it being legal.

I got a voicemail from this number and his name was Calvin Thompson which sure did not sound like one.  His voice had foreign accent that you could barely understood what he said.  He said that if I dont return the call right away something legal will happen to me.  He did not say what it was for and I sure do not call back a number I dont know.  If you dont send me something in writing or at least tell me what the matter is then I wont know what it is for.
