GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND WAS IMMEDIATELY PUT ON HOLD I HUNG UP BECAUSE REAL BUSINESSES DO NOT RUN LIKE THAT.
THEY DID NOT EVEN STATE THE NAME OF THE BUSINESS.

Got a call on my cell phone asking to speak to a Juan Cavassis (spelling?) - That's not me, and I have no idea who it is. This is a new name - I am used to getting calls for some other Spanish-sounding name. Based on my past experience. I expect more calls for this name, from different companies.

Called me from this # and asking about my Bank of America credit balance due .
I do not carry any BOA credit cards. Told him the truth. He then tried to veryfy asking my SS# and date of birth. I told him what ever the data he was asking not mine. Her told me that he will delete my no from his list.
I don't think so, bcz I have been received the same kind of calls from three other collection agencies.
Just ignore them if you know the no.
Never ever tell them your personal information they want to confirm, including SS # and DOB.
If you tell them your personal details, then they will start harrasing you.
