I recieved a phone call from the same name above Donna on my work phone. I don't know how she got my work number. She also told me that she had an unauthorized copy of my credit report.  Do not speak to this woman when she calls, she is violating the federal credit act. Her and the company that she works for ERS needs to be reported.

Call was inquiring about a relative.  Would not give any information.  Do not know how she got my number.  Her name was Donna.  Do not call list allows debt collectors to by pass the list.  My advice is to hang up on any call from ERS

ERS called me from this number today.  Asking me all sorts of questions about a neighbor who lives across the street and then says it's extremely urgent that I write down her name and number and give it to my neighbor.  ERS is a collections agency.  I thought it was illegal for them to contact neighbors and so on.  No idea how they got my unlisted/private/do-not-call listed number.

Received a weird call from this number. No company identification looking for a Samir McQuillen. They called my cell phone number...no answer as to how they got my number. I am of no relation to a Samir.

Call came in from "ERS", asking for a person not at this number.
