called tried asking my bank and income  

Some pushy guy trying to get me to use Bank of America merchant services for my business credit card processing.  He wanted to set up an appointment with some representative to try and make the sale.  Told him to put me on their no solicitation list.  I'm guessing it was B of A as he had both my home and cell phone number, business name, and the fact that I wasn't using B of A for their merchant cc processing.  I used to but their fees were a lot higher than Costco.

Called the work umber of the business I work at and asked for accounting department, claiming to be Bank of America on behalf of Merrill Lynch.  Wouldn't leave a message or phone number for a call back.

They hung up when I answered. Rude.

Glad I did not answer when they called!  Have called my office number multiple times; treat business calls same as home & on my cell.  If I don't recognize the number, I do not answer, VM requests they leave a message.  Of course telemarketers rarely do, but saves me having to waste my time w/ them!

I can't believe that a bank would stoop to sleazy telemarketing to get business, oh wait, it's Bank of America.

She called me also! Her voice was noisy and I can not reply her!

Again received a call from this number - they claimed to be Bank of America. I said we were not interested and she hung up immediately.

Called this number back, got automated line for telebusiness usa (or something like that, not BofA), pressed "0" to speak with operator "Carol" - She apparently answers all the return calls for this number. She did say BofA marketing dept was in the building she was in but she wouldn't know who called me, but it was a marketing department.

She said she could have IT remove our number from their call list. Seems very scammy that BofA would be using a number like this that you can't call back.

Caller ID shows from Northbrook   IL (847-504-0105).  They have called a many times and i have not answered but they left a message today for the first time...

Bank of America/Merrill Lynch wanting to speak to cheif financial officer. would not leave call back number.

If this was the company they were calling. I said yes.

unknown just ask said my name and then ask if this was my phone number I said yes and she siad she was just verifying this and hung up

Don't ever answer it, she's a scammer, just say "not interested and hang up!"

Same thing here the first time she called, the second time she called she hung up on me when I answered then immediately called back and said she was with some Industrial Supply Company and wanted to verify that someone was our purchaser... So this tells me she is a scammer and therefore will NOT be getting any information or through to anyone that works here!  Also a note to people, make sure you don't say yes at all during any conversations with telemarketers/scammers because they will record a conversation and then splice it in to make it sounded like you agreed to something.
