Getting calls and text msgs from this caller

Caller didn't give his name. Just that he represented a list if health insurance companies. When asked where he got the number he said I filled out a request for a free insurance quote and rattled off an email address which was only partially correct. I told him to remove my name from the data base and then hung up. This was the second call of this type in less than 30 minutes with the same pitch but different phone number. See 561-218-4522 for same story.

I believe he represents an insurance brokerage firm (medical insurance, in particular).  If you've filled out any online requests for private medical insurance, his firm probably has your phone # and is following-up on your online investigation for insurance costs/policies, etc.  That's what happened to me.

Caller does not give any details other than this is "Boris".  If you call the number also just a voice mail saying "Boris" with no indication of who or what sort of organization or company this is.
