I just received the text today and they actually new my name. "Hey Summer" was there text. It was followed by "Do you have yahoo messenger? Message me at Textiewoman67. Glad i came across this site first.

I just received a text that said "HI Sarah"
I responded back with a "?"
Got a reply "do ya use Y! chat?! cause msg me my username is textiegirl89.    
I responded "NO. Don't text me again.  I don't know u or a Sarah".

If this is new way of spam, I'll go back to a regular phone and telemarketing ;)!!

Wish I could find out who this was!!

I got a message asking my if it was me ans then asked who it was ans they said to find out who I need to add them on yahoo

Didn't do it, so no idea what the repercussions are.

i got a txt that said "hola" then my name and i tried asking who it was and got no responce. then googled it and found a bunch of sights with people having simular experiences. I hope i didnt mess anything up by responding...  :(

I got the same text and immediately thought it sounded suspicious (like spam) so I googled it and found this page. Just what we need... A whole new way to spam.

Rec'd a text message with my first name and some question marks. Replied back and no response.
