A very rude female called me on a bad day-dealing with two kids. She didn't like my question of "What do you want?" and asked that I "have a bad day" so I hung up on her. I have no idea of what she wanted but I will no longer be answering the phone when this (847-762-7682) or any other "847" number shows up from my caller I.D.

Keeps calling my cell phone but it's always a missed call. Phone comes back to a land line in a Chicago suburb.

Called me and left a message for a Patti Brenda. Said they were from FMS... I googled it and it said Financial Management Services for A Bureau of United States Department of Treasury.

Stupid me did anser the phone.  Asked for a name that was another language, so i dont know who they want.  I live alone and am old and disabled and can hardly get to the phone.  I wish someobydy  would do something about this.  I alrady am on the no call list, but evdiently that doesnt work.

They will get cussed out f****ng with me, may have the pneumonia some s*** these, yawl harrassing me. You need to find a different way of feeding your selfs, I will tell you what, these orginal dept holders hurried up and sold those accounts because they knew they had cheated them. Any one can dress up a document, hell they do it all the time,hell, s***, you don't watch truth or dare? I am about ready to pass out let me lay down some where. Go after the real criminals AIG, taking our tax dollars.

There are laws that say sure you can call these people, however, these laws do not say call people all day and night harrassing them. I had not been able to see a MD sense Jan because I didn't have the co-pay so I walked around half dead with a bp 148/100, these damm FMS people would call my home, not onece contacting me through the mail telling me what the problem is ( like martin lawrence would say) " what the problem is." I am so sick and I can't even hardly breath, I coughed so much I felt if I coughed again I would cough up blood, I coughed so much my breast hurt, I have not cleaned my house in a week I was so sick, don't have the engery. Take those flu shots, that s*** will kill ya if you don't. I am sick as hell and these damm fools calling me like that. And they are using the United States FMS web page as intemidation. Its may be the same people from years ago when I had gotten behind my my payment, they charged my account up to what it was wroth after I paid it down to $150.00 something dollars they charged it back up to $300.00 what the account was worth. Bull s***, I will not pay 4 and 5 times the amount of the origenal debt, they can kiss my a**. I will go to the suprime court. Usery is agsint the law. Half dead and s***, I should be the main one, sitting down praying for my health, got to get up out of my sick bed to cusss a motha out. If them mother f****rs aint willing to take your $15.00 a month until you get them paid off, f*** um. I am proud to be a American were at least I know I am free. Slavery is over wit, the last time the black a** checked, mondern day slavery. take my $15.00 a month and handle it, told me I have to pay $150.00, f*** um, behind a account that was paid to $150.00 in the first place.

For the prior 3 weeks, I've started getting debt collection calls for Kimberly Johnson on my company's IT Support cell phone.   Always a recording, never a human.  All prior calls happened once a day on the hour or half hour between 7pm and 9pm.

CB, thank you for the information.  I've been receiving at least 5 calls a day for someone who I don't know.  I called Financial Management Systems directly at (847) 413-0326.  The representative was helpful, but just in case, I also asked for a manager.  The manager, Oscar, said he removed my number immediately.  Like you, I'll wait and see if this works.

I have been getting multiple calls at all hours as well.  It is annoying.  If you want them to stop, I called (847) 413-0326  This is a direct number to the company Financial Management Systems in Schaumburg, IL.  I actually spoke to a person and they did (hopefully) take my number off the list.  Although it was a long distance, if the calls stop, it was worth it!

Call at all hours.  Never leave a message. I want it to quit.  I see they are debt collectors.  They have no business calling me.

I keep getting calls from this number and they keep leaving messages for different people.  Just like Henry above, they asked for the same woman "Maria".  One time I picked up the phone and hung up on the recording since I was not the named individual.  But they keep calling and leaving recordings on my voice mail.  I would love to have the calls stop!

I have know received quite a few phone calls from this number.  Finally the other day they left a message.  In the message they stated they were a collection company trying to collect a debt.  The lady also stated they name was FMS.  The thing is that my debt is from 2002-this was the last time a payment was made.  It was some small amount on 2 credit cards.  It has been sold off numerous times to various collection companies.  After some research I found that the statue of limitations in my state is 6 years.  I know that the last time I made a payment would of been winter of 2002- so the time is up.  Any suggestions, how I get these calls to stop.  They can no longer collect on this debt.  thanks..

Got a call (on my cell phone) from this number tonight and it was a recorded voice stating my first name and then stated a last name I could not understand.  The voice then spelled out my last name.  She stated if this call was not intended for whomever picked it up to hang up immediately or else it would be assumed that the number was for the right person.  The voice started to go over the details again and I hung up.  After some research on the internet it appears to be a collection agency out of Illinois.  I do have some old debt however the statute of limitations if up and so no company is able to collect.  I am just wondering how to get these various companies to stop calling.  This is the 3-4th collection agency that has tried to call me in the last year.  They have even gone as far as calling my mom cell phone..  Any suggestions???

I have been receiving recorded calls from 847-762-7682 FMS Invest Corp per caller ID for Maria Juninga regarding debt collections.  Their parent company from Visalia, CA is been calling me for last 5 years for Maria Juninga that I don't know. My phone number is registered under do not call list but those moron are still bothering me.

Hi all.....ya got yet another call from this number.  Even got a call this past weekend....I did call them back and got a recording regarding their office hours.  Ya, weekends are not one of them.

Just 10 minutes ago I got another call from them.  Some yahoo by the name of Oscar.  What a putz.

This numbnutz actually had my husband's SS# and wanted ME to verify it.  I told this putz that I would not tell him yes or no on that.  He got pretty pissy and refused to give me any information regarding the company they claim to be collecting a DEBT from.

He had our correct mailing address and we have NEVER received anything from them.  He said that they call first and then send stuff.  Ya, send this...

When I told him that my husband was out of town and would not be back til the weekend, he said that he would just keep calling til he got ahold of him.

I informed this little putz that that is considered harassment and he can just keep on keepin on.

Until he gives me more info.....knock your socks off there buddie.  Costin YOU money not me.

Just got a call from this place.  First one EVER from these yahoos.

Ya, could not pronounce my name correctly to save their soul.  It was a recorded message and they left a call back number too.

All the recorded message said was that they were a Debt Collector.

I FINALLY signed up for the do not call.  Hope this will stop these a**hole people from calling.

I get at least 5 calls a week.

Have tried "reverse" look up but, ALL those sites want a FEE before they will give out any information regarding the number.  FREE my foot!!

Got a call from this number, person demanded my social security number and other information, would not identify client he was supposed to be working from.  I hung up without giving him the information, told him not to call me again.  Claims he is trying to collect a debt..but will not say what debt.  I think it is a scam. I looked the number up on Reverse Lookup - It is Financial Management Systems out of Schaumburg IL.

Got a phone call for someone who doesn't live at my house.   How do we stop these people from calling at all hours.

I got a call from this number and they asked for someone that never lived here.
