Annoying phone calls with no one on line when picked up.

Just got a call from this woman as well -- and since she was so rude I googled her phone number to see who she was.  She's been calling my office NON-stop the last 3 days asking to speak with our VP.  He's not been available.  I put her into the voicemail and she just calls back.  She wants to know when he would be available for her to speak with him.  I explained he's in the office today, but I do not know when he would be available to take her call.  (She won't provide any info on who she is)  I explained that she could leave a message if she would like and she responded:  "Well, I'm sure I COULD, but I wanted to know when he would be available -- but it sounds like your company screens all your calls.  But that's OK, there's OTHER consulting companies."  CLICK.  

What a rude woman.  I kind of hope she calls back now. :)

Same complaint as everyone above.  The woman sounded like a sales call, so I put her into our CEO's voicemail.  She called and asked why she couldn't speak to him, and I explained that he is in a different office.  If she can't reach him, he's probably on the line.  *here's where it gets good* She says "I can't understand a word you just said", so I speak up and repeat myself "I still can't understand a thing you say" and the lady hangs up.

I am fluent in 3 languages.  Funny, I'm understood perfectly well in all 3 :)

It's just interesting how everyone has the same story - she's so NICE at the beginning of the phone call and then just turns like a psycho and flips out when you tell her you're not interested.  She really sounds crazy.  People like that make me nervous - thank goodness she's not calling from anywhere even close to where I live.  I wish the company she worked for knew how rude she is and how many people have complained about her.  I take alot of calls from people who are trying to make a living, but I'm always polite (even when I'm rushed or frustrated) and I can't remember the last time someone was so crazy-rude and obnoxious as this woman is.  For people like her, karma can be a real bi***!  She just sounds like a miserable person.

Got a phone call Joann Donovan a few hours ago.  She said she was calling from SMS.  She asked for the GM; he wasn't available & she wouldn't leave a message.  After she called, I found this website.  When she called again a few minutes ago, I told her we had done some research online & we weren't interested in having any involvement with her.

Well, you all know her phone number - it showed up as 847-776-1383 and the caller id displayed her name.

Same here....Joann Donovan.  She started off sounding very "sweet and polite" and immediately turned  crazy, rude and unprofessional when I told her I was not interested.  She's a liar and one of the "worst of the worst" I've ever talked to.  I think we should all just call HER several times a day to waste her time as she's wasted ours!!!

Calls several times a week. Even when I have requested she stop. Very nasty disposition and unprofesional

This woman has called our place of business several times...&sometimes several times a day.
I have asked her what this is in regard to and she gets very very nasty! Says unless Im the owner of the business..it is none of my business. I would like to know what company she is from and report her.

DONNA KEEPS CALLING OUR OFFICE..SHE REFUSES TO GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION AS TO WHO SHE IS AND WHAT SHE WANTS. SHE INSISTS ON SPEAKING TO THE OWNERS I ADVISED HER SHE WILL NOT SPEAK WITH THEM UNTIL I KNOW WHAT SHE WANTS.  SHE GETS VERY OFFENDED WITH HOW I SPEAK TO HER AS IF I'M THE ONE DOING THE HARASSING. THIS IS A PLACE OF BUSINESS AND WE HAVE NO TIME TO DEAL WITH HER NONSENSE. ONE MORE CALL AND WE WILL GO TO THE POLICE!

A Joann Donovan called from this number.  She said her company was ABS Business Solutions, her boss is a David Hare (so she says).  When I asked to speak with Mr. Hare, she said "NO" and then asked for the owner of the company again.  Her pushy tactics are a joke and very unprofessional.  This lady has called our office several times and we have been really nice asking her to stop,   Our next step will be to place a complaint with the company.  (I think this lady calls from her home phone number)

Yes, She was very nasty to me, so I called the number back and she was like this is my home and was very nasty. She said your just the secretary you will not decide if i can talk to him! Ummm... I answer the phone, yes I will decide!!

The company that I work for has received 3 phone calls from this woman in the past few hours. She refuses to leave a message & got made at me for leaving her on hold for 3 minutes. I knew it was some kind of sales call or something so I just left her on hold. SHe hung up & called back right away & got nasty with me.
