This phone # showed up on an unauthorized deduction on my checking account. It was credited back the next day. I called the # and got the "All circuits busy" message. Believe me, I am changing debit card numbers. What a hassle.

Call from Van Ru bill collectors. After I stopped answering this number they simply started calling from another. FYI this site has a sample letter you can send (certified mail, return receipt) to collection agencies. It won't prevent them from suing you or garnishing your wages but it will keep them from calling you. Use it wisely. If the same company calls again after receiving this letter you can sue them in Small Claims Court for violation of the Fair Credit Act. You'll get about $500 from them.

These ignorant a**holes have called me 37 times in the past two weeks looking for someone who has not even lived in this area for almost 13 years now. I have explained this to several of the incompetent morons who have called to no avail. Now when I see the number on my caller ID, I either ignore it or, after having talked with them so many times, I just pick up the phone and before they can speak, I start to cuss those stupid jacka**es out. They always hang up before I can finish telling them what I think of their assinine stupidity.

This is a collection company, Van Rue corp. They will hound you to death, threaten to sue, garnish wages, pretty much any thing to decieve you into getting their fees
