They called me at 12:15 AM.

Reporting several unwanted calls from this number.

It is the hit 9 to be connected type.

When doing this you are connected to an operator in India who tries to lower your rates on "all Visa and Mastercard accounts".

If challenged to any degree, they immediately disconnect.

I also had enough of them calling and like you i hit #9 and wanted to find out a # so i can call them and bother them ,,,    much to my surprise i was Verbally abused called ratial slers and he proceded to tell me what he was going to do with my daughter (wich i dont have) as a tax payer that pays for goverment to over see this type of stuff why dont they call and listen to what they say and fine them then shut them down

I add:  I got an Indian speaking gentleman, that said: "How is this a Scam?  We didn't ask for personal information?" I said, "It is a SCAM because you said I recieved a letter that my rates on my credit card were increasing and I don't have any credit card", then little Bast*rd promptley hung up.

I did not answer, and they never leave a message.  I get calls 3-5 times a month from these people.  They use an Auto-Dialer and constantly change the phone number they call from.  No way to block them, even though I've been on the DNC List for well over a year.  I report them to the National DNC List complaint website every time they call, but so far no luck in stopping the calls.

This number started calling me on EASTER SUNDAY!!  The nerve!!!  It has called me 4 times since.  Today I finally hit 9 to talk to someone and as I was telling him to remove my number from their records, he hung up on me!!!

got the call a few min ago on my cell. no VM. don't answer any unknown numbers on my cell 'cause I get telemarketers and scammers 1-2 times a day.

This number called my cellphone this morning. I didn't answer since the number seemed unfamiliar, & also since I regularly get calls from telemarketers & scammers on my cellphone.

Just got a call from this number.  I didn't answer and no message was left.  I don't know anyone in the Dominican Republic!
