why does this number keep calling me.Everyday for the last couple of weeks they call and i dont answer.They dont leave messages either.

Tried calling this number back this morning ,as I missed this call during a church service. I got a "this # has been disconnected", message.

called 8 times over last three days. Saying their from the American Marketing Association (AMA says their not) and they want info. Refuse to hang up, continually call (5 times in one hour at first) ask for diff. people everytime. Same soft spoken Asian woman named "Trish" each time. ugh! getting annoying!

I'm not buying it...

Woman called stating she was with the EPA and asking questions about people in our organization. When I asked for her name she stated Kelly Edwards and when I asked if she wasswitrh the EPA and for a call back number she hung up. I too called the number right back and it states it is out of service. I called the EPA and reported this to them and they stated they would follow up on it. I hope they can track these folks down.

I did some research.  The number used to be assigned to a call center.  They switched telephone providers over a year ago, but someone captured their number and is using it in thier caller ID system.  They have filed complaints with the Public Serivce Commission and the FTC concerning the company but have not heard any results

I have received 2 calls from them--one today and one yesterday---when I call back, it says this number is disconnected???? how is that they just called---who are these people and what do they want??

Called saying they wanted to send us security IT information and wanted to verify my contact info.  I informed them no thank you.  She insisted that I respond as to whether or not the name she had on file was correct.  I informed her I wasn't going to give that information unsolicited.  She hung up with no further word.

I looked into the number.  It belonged to the Listener Group in Florida.  I called them and they said that they changed phone providers in early 2007 and that number is no longer assigned to them.  When I call the number it is disconnected.  Listener Group calls customers of car dealerships and home dealerships to take surveys.  They have been dealing with these complaints for over a year.  They filed a complaint with the Public Service Commission and with the FTC but have not heard any results.

Called asking for different departments 5 times.  When called the 5th time, I already had 800notes.com up.  Told the lady I have alot of "seemingly scam" calls listed from this number and to stop calling because all I will do is hang up on her.

these people claimed to be with "Boston Communications Newspaper" and wanted to speak with the marketing director. claimed to be presenting a survey and attempted to set up appointment. then this number called back 4 times in 20 minutes, right after the first call -- i didn't pick up any of those calls.

Said that were with a on line marketing conference and that the EPA was a sponsor and wanted to speak to someone in marketing.  Told them that that person was "sick"

No response on our part.... annoying!

They keep calling my company and asking for different departments. When I ask them about what they don't answer. They're very frustrating and I wish they would stop calling us.

Called me at work, while I was on vacation.  Left message swearing at me.  Then hung up.  We have a voice mail system that tells you the phone number and what day and time they called.

We had a Merlin system, no caller ID, we just got caller ID 2 years ago, it's great.  If it says private, out of area or 1111111111 or something like that I'm immediately put on guard.  Just remember, they're calling YOUR phone and you have all the right to ask them as many questions as you want.  Don't be intimidated by them and you don't have to give them any information, tell them it is against company policy to give them the information, I do it all the time.  They will use official sounding names like OSHA or EPA to get you to comply but they're fakes. She called and said she was with the EPA and needed to know if someone was still the Raw Material purchaser, I asked her if she was with a call center and she said she was with the EPA, I told her it was odd that she was with the EPA but the caller ID showed something different.  She rattled off several names and then reiterated her question, I asked her what The Listener had to do with the EPA, she mumbled something and hung up.

Received call also, 1st time today, no one there.

Rings every other day. No one on the line.

Just got a call from 850-202-7300. No response when I ask who it is. Strange.

Called my unlisted number @ home and didn't leave a message and when I called the number back it said it had been disconnected.

They called and said they were from the county and asked for my husband by his legal name....no one that has his cell number calls him by his legal name.  we called the number back and it said the number was no longer in use.

This number has been calling me randomly for about a month now.  They do not say anything when I answer. When I try to call it back, it has "this number has been disconnected or is no longer in service...." message. How annoying!

I answer the phones at our office and this number calls regularly.  When they cannot pronounce the owner's name - which happens to be the same as the firm name - then I know they're a sales call.  Unfortunately, we do NOT have caller ID - our phone system is over 20 years old as in it's a Merlin system.  I'll bet most of you have never even heard of Merlin!  What if anything can be done about these calls?

they keep oncalling my cellphone evry day . i ignored it but it's getting so unconfortable. when i call the dam number  ,no response at all....
