they never called back.

Clearly a scam. I attempted to dial through and get a live person, but couldn't. They may just be phishing for live cell phone numbers.

Scam attempt. Recorded message claiming to be from Park Bank informing me that my CC had been frozen. Since I don't have any accounts at Park Bank it is obviously not real.

Same as Rick. Hard to make out who it is due to the computer synthesized voice, but said they had to "freeze our credit card" (we only have a couple credit cards and hardly use them). And as Rick said they wanted me to press 1 to speak to a representative. I hung up.
