United helping hands, I bought light bulbs once, now they call at least twice a week. How do you get them to stop calling?

Shirley is relentless.  She sounds so old and I used to hate being rude to her.  Not anymore. It's No Thank You Shirley and *click*

I used to purchase overpriced trash bags from them, but now I have told Shirley that I will call her when I need something. She continues to call about every two weeks. My office manager has requested that she quit calling and take my name off of the list, but all she does is call my cell phone number. Is there a way to make her quit calling?
