Crap!! I just walked out of a Inspection Depot class that left me shaking my head..after spending 325.00. At the end of the class the teacher tells all 60 guys(that had just complete a class that they were told would lead to work)  that next week he was coming back to "interview" to see who they might put to work! And that they had 4 inspections that they  would take "a few" inspectors to "watch". Someone in the stunned group asked "well how much work do you have and how many guys do you need?" The response was one of those non answers.......and he just started packing up. Have I just been scammed again?

The major scam from DSI is the fact that they had a contract to perform inspections below cost, so they sub-contracted the small guys for $50 per inspection when in reality the cost itself including all the required insurances and expenses is above $50 per inspection, because they don't reach the promised number of inspection, therefore is not cost efective. BE ADVISE if you deal with DSI,LLC you will loose money. not to mention the fact that they take month to pay for long submitted and approved inspections.
Terrible experience with this company and also there is a pile of cases mounting against them thru complains in Tallahassee, FL department of professional regulations.

This company tells potential building inspectors candidates that they will provide a maximum of 10 inspections per day and that once the reports are approved it will take 24 hours to get paid. WRONG!!!...They never submitted more that 2 per day and a total of $50 per inspection it may sound like a deal!! Wrong again! they take about 3 month to pay you. but the big negative is all the money that you have to spend in insurances on professional liability and car insurance, they request a million per incident, at the end one spends more money on insurances that you will ever recover from them.
