I've done some research and these calls are being made by a company called CapAd Communications, Inc (http://www.capad.net/) and are political robo-calls. The return call numbers are being provided by PATLive which is a company that supplies Local and Toll-Free numbers to businesses across the country. This is why the calls show up as PATLive though they have no direct affiliation with the business practices of CapAd.

Assume it came from http://www.patlive.com/ on behalf of someone else.

Called at 11:00am on 3/5/12. Caller ID showed "PATLIVE." Did not leave a message on my answering machine. I decided to block the number with my call management device.
It's some kind of robocaller. Patlive is apparently some kind of telemarketing service based in Tallahassee, FL :

They provide call forwarding services so there may be someone calling through using Patlive numbers. I'm on both my state and Federal DNCs, but that isn't stopping them. My bet is some kind of "important political message."

Listed as AAA by the BBB? For what? They are listed as an answering service in Tallahassee, FL. They call and when I answer, no one speaks. And this earns you a AAA rating. I must be doing this all wrong.
