This number is a home phone type that is UNLISTED and apparently a Cell Phone.  The phone belongs to Embark Florida Inc. who apparently is a Telemarketer.  They have approximately 1000 such phones spread out all over the country.  My caller had a Caller ID of ATT.  Ergo can you say Telemarketer sure you can.  In my callers defense he sounded nice enough and this may have been a legitimate call.  After all ATT doesn't seem to have a problem hiring people that sound like someone from Pakistan or India as techs who help people solve problems.  That being said I immediately put a Block on their number and I fully expect to Block others who buy my number.  One of these days one of these telemarketers is going to Tee Me Off and I will sue them for harassment and then turn them over to the D.A. to prosecute for violating the Do Not Call law.
