I just got the same text with a "Heyy ;D"

I only replied because the majority of my friends and family are from this area code and White Pages said the number was located in Crestview.

I got a response "Lets chat on y! IM User-name is kaylaflirt34"

Its spam of some sort.

I am getting strange messages from this number. insisting that I get on yahoo chat. the only thing I noticed different from the other messages people were getting is the name was changed.

I just got this message. and got all the same replies that everyone mentioned below. Strange.

Same thing. Got a "hey" text then an invitation to yahoo chat. Please everyone, help out and report this number and ones like it to the FCC.

Nope.. But I doubt that's how they got your cell phone number.

I got a text from 850.634.4252 saying "Hey:)".... So I replied "Hey"... Then they said "lets chat on y!IM User name is kennedywoman03"... entertaining the text I replied "I don't have access to internet..wanna text" and then 2 mins went by and their reply was "hurry a.d. me Im waiting on you!!"........ I left the situation alone...
sounds like someone desperate for attention...

today is jan 21st 2013, and i just got the same message today, i asked who it was, they said "lets catch up on Ya-HOO IM Screen-name is aubreegirl11" exactly like that. tried to call the number and it said "this person is not available but will be notified of your call"? no idea who or what it is.

I just got a "Hi :) " from this number... dont know anyone in Florida...

I recieved a (heyy :p) text message, anybody else? I'm trying to figure out if I can connect this incident with something we or someone close to us (wife) may all do....I don't want to be direct, but do you guys watch "1996 music artists" on YouTube or other websites and comment on them??
