I believe I spoke with the same guy and he just told me he was going to get me audited by the IRS. What a jerk! Im contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Same thing about lowering my interest rate. After a couple minutes with them, I asked them which card they were calling about and they hung up on me.

Report them to the Do Not Call Registry.

The representative ask me if I was high when I ask to be removed.  He was rude and argumentative.

I too had been getting these calls about lowering my interest rates (but on my message machine, like the recording went on), I happened to be home today (05/14/09 @ 3:55PM PST), answered the call and wanted to just tell them to take me off their list. The man said he was 'bored' and wanted to know if I wanted to have phone sex. I was shocked and shaking and my daughter was here and I handed the phone to her, she heard him and told him to not call here anymore, he then asked her the same thing and other obscenities. I called the police immediately and they said to just igore the calls. I found this site by typing in the phone # on Google. Is there really no way of contacting these people and make them accountable?

Told me they were Card Services trying to lower my interest rate. I asked to have my number removed and he told me it would cost $9.95. I asked where they were located and he refused to tell me. I asked for a return phone number and he refused. I asked for a name and he refused. After I said I was recording the call he hung up.

I pressed 1 to find out who they were calling and he told me "head of the household".  I asked if we were a current account holder and he said no.  I said we are registered with Do Not Call so please take me off the look and he started yelling at me about not wanting to save money, and what if he was calling to give me $1000.  I asked to speak to his supervisor and he hung up on me.  They need to find out who this is.

I continue to get calls from this and other FLA numbers stating that our Credit Card rate is about to go up. Press 1 to talk to a rep or press 2 to let the interest rate expire. Fed up with 6-8 calls a day, I finally pressed one. I explained NICELY that I didn't have a credit card w/ this company (I don't have any... nice try!) and the guy (Bob Anderson) got irate with me called me a dumb b***h for pressing one and "wasting his f***ing time for pressing 1" a whole slew of other names when I simply requested that my number be taken off their list!

I suggest you report this to the do not call list government site
before he scams a bunch of people

"John" called from Credit Services to lower my credit card rates.  When asked where this company was located he said, "in my office." When pressed further he said, "Yugoslavia, NY."  Yeah, right.  Get a life, John, and quit trying to scam people.

Call went to the answering machine but they hung up.

I got hung up on when I asked what bank they were calling from.  Definitely a phone phishing scam.

Thank you for that, I just had this number and it was unknown so I google it and I found these replies, it sure help to know peoples opinion so no one will go thrue scam again.

I waited for callers telephone prompts to be directed to the following conversation: Caller asked if I wanted to lower my credit card payments. I immediately knew that this was a scam and continued to follow their telephone prompts, I was directed to someone and when I asked who they were trying to contact they immediately hung up on me! I feel sorry for people that will fall for this scam! Beware of this number! When I called the number back the recording said that this number was no longer in service.

This number called our business but gets screened out as a "nuisance call" but does give them the option of leaving voice mail which they choose not to do.  Whatever they want, are selling or are doing to annoy people they aren't going to get anything from us so I wish them the best of luck, they will need a lot of it.
