I have been getting calls from this number at least three times a week for a while now.  They just called at 5:30 pm on a Sunday.  I have had to block their number but it still rings.  They have even called after 9:00 pm.  I am really fed up with these calls.  If they really are conducting a survey they should do it through the mail.  I don't answer questions when asked by strangers on the phone.  Who knows who is on the other end.

This method of surveying is obsolete and should not be trusted, ESPECIALLY if it is a government  activity.

Received a call today, 4/16/2012 on my house phone.  Caller ID said the call was from VITELITY LLC. i answered call, no one there.

Called three times today while I was out, didn't leave messages.  The fourth time they called I was home and picked up.  No response.  I waited for approximately 30 seconds, but nothing was ever said, and eventually they hung up.

Its the "Florida Department of Health BFRSS" when I called, of coarse, it was a recording. It said if you have a question about the survey leave a message.I dont know what survey.It hangs up when it gets my answering machine.It also says,"To verify its legitimacy contact Melissa Murray @ 850-245-4444 Ext. 2445 during normal business hours."

Trying to find out who owns this number.

This number calls every day - never leaves a message - never answer them.  Am on the national Do Not Call list also.  Ought to be some way to cease these annoying calls.

We are on a do not call list. We are getting repeated calls from 850-807-4876 Health BRFS. We do not do any business with this company.

I usually never answer unknown calls but this one was coming in 11 times per day.  I answered and immediately asked to be removed from the calling list.  The man on the phone started arguing telling me I was "required" to answer.  I asked him if he knew he lived in America?  He hung up.  So I've blocked their number and their name (I have a call blocking gadget).  They will never be able to bother me again.

Two times they called and I was told the represent the Florida Heath Department and the CCD.  I told him to stop calling and trying to solicit information from people on the do not call list.  He said he was exempt as the were not selling anything.  Your not selling but you want information to sell.  Two times I asked him not to call.  Lets see what happens.

Fl Health brfs calls at least four or more times a day;  very annoying especially as I am on the do not call list.

These people have been calling me multiple times a day, every day, including Sunday, for months.  It's gone beyond annoying to harassing.  It's an outside contractor for FL/CDC/DOH doing a survey on BRFS (Behavioral Risk Factor) and they claim there is no way to remove my name from the list.

I searched & found out it is a survey from health & human services (BRFSS stands for behavioral  risk factor surveillance system)
Heres a website that spells it out. it doesn't explain why they harrass by continually calling though...

Whoever Fl Health BRFS is? We receive daily phone calls from them each day, 3 or 4 times each day. They never leave a message and they call early morning and up to 9PM at night. Does anyone know how to stop these calls?

Got a call from 850-807-4876 twice.  One during the day, I hung up.  Last night at 830 pm, I hung up. How can I gewt them to stop?

Getting calls from this number on Sundays, not answering.

The first time they called, I told them to call back the following month.  Have received at least 2-3 calls a day for past two weeks.  Finally answered it again and told them not to call here again since I'm tired of the number filling up my caller ID when I check my missed calls.  Was told they have no way to assure I will not be called again.

I went to the website for Dept of Health and registered a complaint.  If it's really the Dept of Health, they certainly need to improve their management and administration.  Why not mail a flyer to my home if they want a reply to a survey.

Someone from this number has called my house everyday (including Sundays) all month long. The calls started on a Sunday and not let up. I normally screen my calls and let unknowns go to voice mail.  They  have never left a message, therefore they will never talk to me or anyone else in my house. I do not take phone surveys.

I get a call each day stating thy want health info for the DOH.  I tell them that I am not interested and they argue with me.  I am disabled and do not want to be bothered.  I would not give these people the time of day. I wish they would STOP!!!!

This phone number calls and states that they are conducting a survey from DOH and CDC....I  believe this is false.   I requested that they not call again..and they continue to do so.   I am reporting them to the DOH of florida.  The DOH is NOT going to call you and ask for information regarding medical information..!   They are very persistent and annoying.

They've called my house 2-3 times a day for about a month.  I finally got fed up and answered the phone, told them I was not interested and asked them to stop calling.  They continue to call 2-3 times a day, every day ........ including Sunday morning and Sunday evenings.

These people have called me at least once a day for the past two weeks including Sunday at 9pm. They are using the tactics of a collection agency, never leaving  a message. If this is the Fl Dept of Health, they need new leadership!

I don't care if they are with the FL Dept of Health, they call here everyday 2 or 3 times a day and refuse to leave a message stating what it is they want. I don't know who they are, just because they identify themselves doesn't mean they aren't lying. If they ask you all of those personal health questions, without ever asking for your name, just remember, they got your number from a phone book that has your name in it, and they can look you up online for additional info. I will not speak with them, I don't care what they want. It's MY phone, I pay the bill, and I will use it to talk to the people I want to talk to, not survey takers, however good intentioned they may be.

Got a call from them on March 19th. They are with the Florida Health Department and doing a survey. Real nice people, patient people.

They do ask you a bunch of questions but never ask for your address, phone numbers creditcard etc. no personal information at all. The questions they ask you are multiple choice, such as: have you been to the doctors recently? yes, within the last month; yes within the last year; yes, more than a year; no, I havent gone to the doctors in more than a year.

Its all questions like that. Occasionally they will read a paragraph about different STD's or psychological problems (depression, etc) and you just say yes or no if you have any illnesses on the list. You never have to tell them which issue you are having and if you want to skip any question you can just tell them to skip it.

At the end of the survey they ask if you'd like to recieve more calls like this and you can say NO!

My guess is they're calling and not going thru the mail BECAUSE people are more likely to talk to them than reply to a survey in the mail. I know I wouldnt have responded to it.

State they are Florida Department of Health. Fisrt timed called wanted me to take a survey. I agreed, then the woman said she wanted the MALE who was randomly picked and wanted him to take it. Told her no and hung up. And they just continue to call. Caller ID 850-807-4876 every day of the week including Sundays. One call 8pm Sunday evening. Finally just got another call and told them not to call anymore.
