I got a call from this number from an Indian guy calling himself  Sheriff Jack Taylor from Santa Rosa County Fl!
They threatened me with arrest and termination from my job! LOL Of course I found out who the sheriff of that county is and reported them...I called a "friend"and they were able to back-trace the number to Pune, India. Just for laughs I called the guy back (blocked my number) and he rambled on then I told him his real number and address he shut right up...I also told him that Seal Team Six was coming for him and he and his family were going to be captured and taken to Guantanamo Bay Detention center and interrogated. I don't think this number works any longer. It was real funny, you should have heard the dead silence!

the caller said his name was mike stone. I called them back tonight and told them if they called me or my husband again i will press charges so lets see what happends in the moring. They called me and said basily the same thing everyone has been saying when will it stop.

Multiple calls stating they are going to send local sheriff officer to my place of business to arrest me and serve papers to my employer to fire me.  Same guy (voice) has called from multiple different numbers coming from different places across the US. Caller is obviously not from US. Definite harassment.

I just got the call its the 4th one to tell me I'm going to jail yet I'm still out they can keep calling. I feel for it once now I know if there's a court case ill get info in the mail not a phone call.

Got the same call today only the name was david miller.  Received calls from the same number several weeks ago.  I told the caller I knew it was a scam....he called me a f.....ing b...h.  I hung up and haven't heard anything else until today's.

i recieve the same call from a james cooper he left me a message. when i called the number back he said his name is mike stone same voice same person. i told him if he ever calls me again harrassing me i would file a lawsuit against him.

850 area code is florida yet they tell u fax number is 206 area code which is seattle washington i swear these dumbasses get dumber everyday

I just got this call today, even had the guts to leave a message about be being sued or whatsoever. I was so mad because they don't even respect you as a person. Same "James Cooper" who really can't understand the caller and trying to frighten me. People who can't do good things in the world. they should go to _ _ _ _!

I received a call from this number 717-889-9641 and was told that I had to pay $429 by Dec 24th 2012 or I was going to be arrested and taken to court. I stated that I did not know what this is in regards to and they stated that I had received and online payday advance and I had defaulted on it, they have all my info against me and that I was being jailed if I did not pay. I asked them where the loan was thru and he stated Cash Now USA. I stated that I did not know what he was talking about and I wanted a phone number to call them directly to sort this matter out. He gave me the phone number 850-810-5080. When I called that number it was another foreign sounding man who started telling me he was going to have me arrested on Dec 24 if I did not pay. I asked for info on what he was talking aobut and he could not give me any info -said it was already at the court house. Kept stating that I was to be arrested.I told him this is a scam and I wanted info in writing so I can contact my police department here. He then hung up and I haven't heard from them again.
I did contact the online loan place that I do have and verified with them that my account is in good standing and I explained to her about the aforementioned  caller and she stated that they were scammers and for me not to pay them anything.

I just received a call from them today.  This is ridiculous!  Is there any way that these people can be reported so that they stop the harassing calls?

My client received a call demanding $400 for a pay day loan he never received. The caller stated that there is a criminal case set for trial in Harrisburg PA on 10/22/12. I called the number to find out the facts of the claim. I got an "Account Rep" with a very strong Indian accent. When I asked for the company's address and the name of the rep. he got very beligerant and demanded my PA Bar ID No. I asked to speak with his supervisor or the legal department and he began to swear at me. I hung up.

First, Pay Day Loans are illegal in Pennsylvania. Second, My client never received service of process of a criminal complaint or notice of a hearing.

This is obviously a scam. My client reported it to the PA Attorney General's Office.

This is scam I received calls. They went as far as telling that the Sheriffs are coming. Funny thing in my state the Sheriffs run the county jails. They told me that I had a payday loan which I never had. I had the choice of going to court with and apyinf $7,800 or today for $480. I am reporting to the atty. general's office.

FYI the phone numbers are know as "ghost number". Probably a voice over interent calling from a India I am assuming.
