I had the same issue...but I found the place and the name of this no...place is delhi..network provider is airtel..and name is suraj roy...I found this on fb....thats all I know so far...I called to this no...but nobody answered....I hope this answer helps...

The 852 area code is Hong Kong.  I get calls from 852-645-2159 but there is no one there.  I think this is probably what is calling pinging.  That means they are calling from inside the United States or UK but are pinging their numbers over to a phony area code in order to hide their identity.  I just ignore them.

I have same issuses bloody vodafone took money from my mobile.. they are telling that it was charged by samsung.. whom do we want to believes guys...

Just put ur mobile in Airplane mode & change the sim. Then Switch on the Mobile & leave it for arround 5 min,then change the airplane mode to normal mode.
