This is Time Warner.  I was waiting for a service technician.  The call was to confirm I was home.

A heavy, heavy thick accent....could not understand what she was saying....something about trying to repair my internet service, wanting me to connect to the internet to check the service speed.  I was already on the internet, in the middle of typing an important e-mail, and whatever they did, completely knocked me off the internet and lost my e-mail!

It is Time Warner.  They just called me to confirm that the repairs were done and all is working properly.

This number is Time Warner Cable 's automatic repair service confirmation call.

I am pretty sure that this is Time Warner Cable confirming a service appointment. They called incessantly for several days and never left a voicemail. I received a voicemail two times from a call that came in immediately after the initial call and caller id showed "72". The callers had middle eastern accents and I could not understand the first one at all. I heard TWC mentioned in the second and to call back at 855 201 7672. I called a local TWC number and he said that they just needed to confirm my appointment (which I already had, twice) and the calls would stop. No more calls since.

I couldn't understand this woman - thick accent, but I did hear the word arbitration.  I know I don't
have any issues with any debts, people, or otherwise.  These people should be shut down.
