Every time I get rid of one so-called debt collector, asking for various incorrect names over and over, as always for the past 7 years, I get a new one such as this one that I did not answer, since I did not recognize the number. I owe no-one any past-due debts. I will report this one to the 'do not call' list. Not that it does any good, but I have a record at least of having reported, in case of further action against these nuts.

So, I am guessing "John" above, is the same person as "Mike" in my voicemails?!

Yeah, they can place the judgement "legaly" but sure as heck not legally.

they have called me about a civil judgement placed in my name and ssn for a credit card i had. i was a little worried at first that they were a scam and i did some research and found out they can legaly place this judgement against anyone with outstanding credit card debt and they helped me settle this outside of court i was very happy with there services and provided me with all the documentation

they keepcalling me with another persons name, keep telling them not me
they still call am saving all the numbers to file a suit against them

this numbers called and said there a legal action place is that true have no clue who they are
