This company called  several times and did not leave message.  When I called back, they're looking for a Debbie.  I've been getting calls for a Debbie since I moved to RI last year and got this number.  I've called several unknown callers back and told them to remove the number from their system as it's now "not Debbie's number".  They've all said they will but a couple of weeks later, another number will pop up calling for a Debbie again.  I think they just keep on changing their number.

They sound like they are from India. Keep asking for Debra. I just yell at them and scream "Their isn't a Debra here!! How many times do you have to be told!!!!"

This number recently started robocalling my prepaid cell phone. I've had this number almost five years and have never given it to anyone besides my boss. Just about every day for the past three or four weeks, they call.

Just started getting calls from this number but they don't leave messages & I don't answer numbers I don't know.  I have Mr Number (it's a free app) on my cell phone so I can block unknown/scam calls.  It's a free

This unknown caller called my prepaid cell phone about a week ago. I do not answer unknown numbers and the caller left no message. The phone number is on the do not call list and no one besides my employer has this number, so the caller is not attempting to contact me.

Philadelphia,  PA  19154-1207. They are another bottom feeder collections company.

call from a new cell phone. at least I know the phone works.

just got a new phone number and new cell phone and got a ring from this number. it appears it is someone who used to use this number previous to myself that the collection agency is looking for. I placed my number on the national do not call list, but that takes up to 30 days to kick in...oh well. it's annoying.
in the meantime I'm sure there's ways to block unwanted calls. just as we can do that on email spam folders, so we can do it on a modern cell phone.

thank you very much for your advice i appreciate it... i will definitely do that Micheal!!! i waited till morning they just sending me to animated voice-mails on the # but did talk to phone service they did change pass-code and told me that they would change # if necessary for free but trying to work it out because she cant remember phone # as it is, and start from square 1 if so... but hopefully i can reach someone to get things straightened out... TY

Your daughter's new number is someone else's old number.  That call was aiming for the person who had that number before she got it.  

Ask her provider how to block the number.  Also ask them if you can have the password to the voicemail.  They are more likely to help if you ask in person and bring your daughter and the phone with you.  I do think the custodial parent should be able to monitor the phone use of a 9-year old.  If your X finds out about it and takes the phone away, at least you'll know what he's trying to do.

my daughter recently received a phone from her father... i was against it but with him not being in her life i was just happy him actually doing anything for her, so he gave her his old cell phone, number was changed and all but he had the password for voice mail exc. the first time i asked for it he said it was last 4 digits of phone number the 2nd he said it was the full phone number with it being out of minutes i tried to make a call and it goes straight to re-boost gave me an option of sending pass word via text and got 4 digit password that way but anyway i finally got into voice-mail had 24 messages about 17 or so from 855 203 5666 called the number several times went to a voicemail of david oliver asking for telephone# and account number!!!! my daughter obviously has no debt or anything to speak of being only 9 just recently! she barely knows how 2 use the darn thing but in the back of my head i wonder if its her dad up to some sneaky stuff again.. only had this number for 3 or 4 weeks now and 17 messages a bunch of bs if u ask me weather its a previous number or not, stalker status..

The same happened to me. They've been calling me for about two weeks and every time I pick up the phone no one answers. Just call them back and finally someone talked to me and they were looking for somebody else. The person I spoke to told me they were removing my number from their list. I hope so!!!

Getting calls from this number, they refuse to tell me who they are until I give them information to confirm who I am, obviously a collection company. I filed bankruptcy in Sept of 2011. I have no debt to speak of. I have never been able to speak with an English speaking person. How do I get them to stop calling my cell phone, I have threatened to report them to my attorney and the calls stopped for 6 days but have started again, does anyone know the name of this company?

Caller is from TKA (Tate & Kirlin Associates) trying to collect on bad credit card debt.

This number has called me every day for 2 weeks at almost exactly 9 a.m. when I call back there is no answer

this number has called my phone twice now and I have no idea who it is.

Collections Company - stated that I had a past due with Nextel from 2004. I've never had Nextel and told John (the manager) that I wasn't even 18 at that time. I requested he mail me supporting documentation proving that I owe that amount, He apologized and stated he'll remove that collection from my file.

(I keep a very close eye on  my credit, there are no collection accounts on my credit profile)

Called my house phone, when I answered there was no answer or response.
