I keep getting phone calls from 1-855-204-0120 I can't understand the people and it's getting very irritating and today the lady calls me a fn liar

I just received a call from this # from a lady I could not understand her so she transferred me to someone by the name of Daniel Smith. Said he works for the legal department of Us cash advance. And I would be picked up by an officer in two hours. I asked him for the company's number he said you stupid B**** you have the number. I calmly said I'm sorry sir I do not. I have never had a loan with that company. He said you lie you are fraud. I have no clue what to do.

I been getting a phone call from this phone 1-855-204-0120. He says his name is Brad Nelson from the investigations department. He has called me and called my employer. He has threatened to have me arrested and even threatened to have me fired. I have contacted the federal trade Commission and The Ohio attorney general's office. I hope this help them get caught

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

This Alex Turner and Harry his supervisor kept calling my work number over and over telling me I needed to get an attorney because I owed them money.  Hanging up on them does not work.  They have all of your personal information so it is scary.  Where are they getting their informaton.  This is harassment at its worst!!

First of all - this guy said his name was Brad and that I need to pay back an $800.00 loan or else right then and there, I put him on hold and called the supposed loan company that I had a loan from and they had no idea who I was. When I got back on the phone with him and told him he said they were lying than began to scream and threaten me and my family saying they were coming after me???LMAO... thats kinda funny - go ahead buddy I dare you. I called him back about ten times till he finally screamed stop calling he doesnt care. Scary thing is he had ALL my information. ALL of IT... even family members names.

Like that person said, just keep calling them back a s*** load of times. I called then about 40 times and the guy finally said please stop calling and we will. I told him to go scam someone in his own fuc...g country stupid sand n....r

Received a call from some c**** jockey who said his name was "Brad" and he left a message stating that my name and social had been turned up in a legal matter involving a cash advance or payday loan.  This makes about the 3rd time I have been contacted by these turban headed idiots.  They usually don't have a specific law firm name or just call themselves the "Law Firm" or the "Legal Office" or something very generic and usually have a story that you have defaulted on a payday loan.  They use scare tactics to get you to give them your information and credit card or bank account info and then your screwed!  Don't believe a word they tell you.  They will tell you that if you don't cooperate that they will pursue legal action and an arrest warrant will be issued and that a sheriff's deputy will come to your home or place of work and pick you up.  Bullcrap!  I have already been in contact with the Alabama State Attorney General's office and also the Missouri State Attorney General's Office and they both say if has become very rampant and many people are falling victim to these scams.  Don't be another victim.  Call your local congressmen and women and file complaints to eradicate these sand lizards.

I got several calls from this phone number1-855-204-0120 from a man name Raymond scott ,he says he is an investigating officer for the state of Alabama and he is threaten to have me arrested, he claims that I stole money from him in the amount of $1,591.00 and if I don't pay he would continue to call my job and harras my co-workers until I am fired because he got that much power to have it done

You have to do what I did, call him back about 30 times back to back and ask them the same think over and over.  Tell them you will give them your lawyer's name and give them the number to the police department or FCC.  Act like it's your real attorney.   At some point yesterday I could hear them discussing me calling them repeatedly.  They were going ham!  So they tried to use the nasty words and I just laughed at them.  The guy finally said...I won't call you again b***, stop calling us!

It's just very unnerving having these people call and when you try to calmly explain something to them, they start yelling at you and get you all upset.

There's probably not much you can do, as lots of these scammers are actually calling from overseas.  However, your husband's boss already knows (and has dealt with) these yahoos, so he should be understanding about the fact that your husband is a victim in this.  Report the calls to the FTC and also to your state's Attorney General.

Alex Turner called my husband's work repeatedly today for over a half hour. He tied up every line and they couldn't even run their credit card machine. He said he was from Legal BCI and that my husband had a payday loan that he didn't pay. My husband has never had a payday loan. He told Alex this and he kept screaming at my husband. He kept calling back. My husband's boss finally told him that he fired him because he kept getting these phone calls. (he didn't really fire him) Alex said he would keep calling until his boss sent him a letter of termination. Then while he was on the phone with my husband's boss, he called my son. My son could hear my husband's boss yelling on the phone while Alex was talking to him. So he has more than one line so he can make multiple calls at one time. I just want to know how to make this guy stop before my husband gets fired for real.

I received several phone calls from "Alex Turner" and like CR said.....he was talking about police and a lawyer.....He wanted to talk to my husband not me.  i would not give him my husbands phone # and he got really mad.....he called several times wanting to speak with my husband, but I kept telling him he could talk to me.  Then he called several times just to hang up...I told him he really didn't want to talk with my husband.  He's a quiet man until you piss him off.......BUT he did have several family member names and I have no idea how he got that.  He wanted my name and I told him it was Katherine.  He said he had no Katherine on his list.  I said "well I guess you have a bad list!!!".  How can we stop this harrassing abuse??Help???  I just noticed...he has really been busy today.  I looked at the time of the post!!!

They called me to talking about the police and all kind of mess asking for my lawyer.   So I gave them the number to my lawyer and then call they back again and gave them the number to the FCC.    Then I called them repeatedly about 30 times in a row asking them did they call the numbers that I gave them.   I called them so much that they begged me to stop calling.   I called they back again.   They tried talking filthy and all that stuff, and I laughed and called them back again.   I asked them how does it feel to be harassed.

KDM Electric keeps receiving calls form 855-204-0120 for an employee that no longer works here.  The caller states that they are from the 'Legal Department" and that they are "Police officer _____"  a different name every time" and that they demand to speak to this employee.   Their English is barely audible but they're rude and demanding and speed dial calls back to back.   When they're told that the employee no longer works here they state that they will keep calling and calling until that employee comes to the phone.   **** they called at least 20 times within a 10 min period ****
