Thanks, I have been getting calls from them for the past week, on a bill from 2008 that I paid and have a letter to prove it, but he says  still owe it. Couldn't find any info on them, he refused to send me address etc, and act. statement

Received confirmation from the bank this company is a complete fraud, in fact the company it self does not exist and the bank account given was closed more than year prior to the transaction mentioned in the collection call.

Okay so this is my second entry a follow up to the first, I called back and spoke to Sam Roth, Director of Operations; a civilized person at least.  He told me that I was being persued for a payday loan that was taken in 2006 but that the check he had was written in 2008 and that the bank was ready to provide an affidavit so i have gone to the bank with the information that he provided.  Bank personnel first response was this is a scam, but i told them for personal satisfaction i would like them to investigate the information so i am now waiting to see what they find out on a seven year old incident.  Name of this company is Credit Merchant Systems mailing address is PO Box 162, Baltimore, MD 14079; information not easily obtained.

THESE PEOPLE CALLED REGARDING A PAY DAY LOAN PULLED IN 2006 THAT WAS DISCHARGED IN OUR BANKRUPTCY SAYING THAT THEY WERE BRINGING ABOUT CHARGES FOR DEFRAUDING A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION.  THIS IS NOT OUR FIRST CALL, INFACT WE HAVE HAD MANY CALLS JUST LIKE THIS ONE.  THIS GUY TRIED TO PUT HIMSELF ABOVE THE OTHERS THAT THREATENED US, UNTIL HE TURNED AROUND TELLING ME THAT HE WOULD HAVE ME IN FRONT OF A JUDGE IN THE MORNING, TO WHICH I RESPONDED TO HIM THAT HE SHOULD DO WHAT HE FEELS HE NEEDS TO DO.  DON'T LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE FRAUDS
