These guys pretend to be a lawfirm that will sue you or garnish your wages..they dig up credit that is past the statute of limitations and threaten to sue you.. dont be afraid ask for proof of debt.. they will tell you its too late to validate the debt but that is untrue!

I have been receiving numerous calls from 1-855-206-8348 & 716-650-2640. They leave messages saying Rubin & Yates offices need to speak to you about a claim. These people are fraud & need to find a real job. Us Buffaloians dont take kindly to harassing calls through out our busy daily routine.

DON'T LET THIS FRAUD GET YOU DOWN OR FOOL YOU TOWARD BETTER JUDGEMENT OF NOT RESPONSING.

Getting many phone calls from Receiving harassing calls from 866-350-0460 or letters from Rubin & Yates of Williamsville,Another numbers 1-855-206-8348, and 866-238-3647

I have no contract or debt with anybody how do we stop them?????

calling about some case number? no other details. saying they are calling from rubin and yates....

This dept collector called harassing me looking for a realitive who I haven't spoke to in a year! Also pretending to call from 716-650-2640  law firm Rubin and yates through searching a database in fact are the same company in the same office! Under FDCPA if a family members recieves a call from someone looking for another family member and ask not to be contacted any further and still recieve phone calls, thats harassment!! Don't be afraid to contact NYS Attorney Generals office.
